'The hotel is very comfortable in the centre of Pucon but just outside the restaurant area so no sound at all. Safe area. Very comfi, big beds, good shower. Breakfast is excellent and service great. Very helpful with booking tours and advising about the area. All in all very good value for money. The only thing we didn't particularly like is that we had to move rooms for our third night.'

'This hotel is quirky in the sense that it pays homage to its design and style which was very avant garde in the 1960s. It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! The ambience is wonderful; the setting is spectacular and the staff attentive without being fussy. '
