The cards worked the first day, second day we had to have the keys re done because none would open our door again. The room was clean but the floors outside of elevators looked like something that been spilled and was left for several days didn’t get cleaned. There were no towels on the clean towel...

'The staff was excellent. I had forgotten to request a first floor room for my 80 year old MIL and my 58 year old SIL with MS. The staff could not have been more helpful. The two front desk found us a furs floor room even though they were fully booked and we got there at 8:30 pm. That is what I call customer service. I highly recommend this hotel.'
