'The rooms are clean, the hotel is just showing age. Specifically in the bathroom, there has been alot of caulking repair around the tub of the room, we were in and shifting floor tiles. Overall the room was clean, bed comfortable, and nice size room. Doors are loud closing the hallways, but overall it was a quiet location, close to many things.'

'My room had bed bugs. I killed one, and showed the evening manager another bed bug crawling around the bed, and his initial response was "just kill it." But even one or two bed bugs are too many, since they have other "friends". I asked to have my room changed, which they did. The other room had a stain in the mattress cover which was not a good sign, so I ended up sleeping on top of the covers. At least they also have laundry facilities onsite, so I was able to wash all my clothes to...

'I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn . Staff was very kind and friendly. The amenities were on point as well as the rooms. Overall everything was up to my standards and will stay again and again.'

'The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved.'

'The refrigerator in the room did not work. I asked for service twice, never had a working refrigerator. The trash was not pulled one day, there was food in the can. The location of the hotel is awesome, it was the snow two things that will keep me from returning. '

'Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. '
