During your stay, you will have access to Panorama Mountain Resort's year-round hot pools, seasonal outdoor cool pool, outdoor tennis/pickle-ball courts, and a fitness centre/gym.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

There’s always something to do - even if it’s just having a pint with a friend. Life is simpler here, and we know you’re going to love it.

When you stay at Auld Fox Lodge, you’ll be close to:

Radium Hot Springs (28km): In just over 30 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to have on your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (16 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.

Golfing: Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Copper Point Golf Club is only a 20-minute drive from Auld Fox Lodge. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Invermere Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning all summer long.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
Before booking we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules:
1. Be respectful of our neighbours.
2. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am
3. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00
4. There is no smoking permitted on the property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
6. For your garbage and recycling, please ensure it is stored inside at all times to avoid attracting wildlife. Prior to departure, please take it to the Panorama Transfer Station on your right-hand side as you are heading back towards Invermere. Please note that there will be a $50 removal fee if garbage is left in the unit, so we recommend bringing it by periodically during your stay to make checkout easier.

Great house for a big group! Rented the lodge for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for 12 adults and 4 dogs. The house was a short walk from the gondola up to the main lifts or the beginner hill t-bar making it very easy to ski in and out. The hosts were every easy to communicate with prior to the trip, and were quick to respond to all our questions and provide check in instructions a few days before the booking. Would recommend this property for anyone travelling to Panorama.

Exceptional lodge and location. Eight of us comfortably stayed with plenty more room. Perfect family vacation, close to ski hill; in fact we did ski out from bunny hill and skied down road half a block back to lodge. Checkin/out super easy and amenities of lodge were great.

Stayed for a couple of nights with a group of guys on a BC bike trip. Hot tub and fire pit was a hit. Big garage was very handy for storing the bikes. Kitchen was great and the front deck got used a lot.

Our family of 12–7 adults, 5 children ages 3-7 was comfortably accommodated in this well equipped, spacious home, a short walk from the silver platter lift or gondola. Loved the available garage space to store our ski equipment and the spacious basement entrance was great for gearing up! Available laundry was a bonus as we had a 24 hour flu bug hit the house and we were able to do the clean up without any stress.
