'I only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again.'

'Truly a peaceful ‘gem’ with stunning courtyards and gardens. Very safe with 24/7 security. The theme rooms with private baths were stellar and well appointed, absolutely spotless. The kitchen and common areas were well stocked with everything you possibly could need to prepare meals. Dele the owner, brother in law Fernando, and John the housekeeper were so kind and friendly, all fantastic chefs. They made my stay at this ‘guest home’ an experience I shall never forget. '

'Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city.
But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...

'1 ère étape en Afrique du Sud, nous avions cherché un hôtel à proximité de l’aéroport pour une correspondance le lendemain matin. Notre taxi Jean Luc commandé par l’établissement était là, très sympathique.
Arrivée à l’hôtel Raymond nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, malgré l’horaire tardif vol AF890 arv 22h30, soit 23h45 à l’hôtel. Un super petit déjeuner fait maison avec vu sur le jardin et la piscine en compagnie d’un perroquet farceur, puis c’était déjà l’heure de repartir pour...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay only issues that arose were1. Towels: One full size towel per person..I requested small towels like the one for wiping hands..I never received them. 2. The shower leaks badly onto the floor in the bathroom. It is affecting the wall too.'

Breakfast was delicious & cooked exactly to our liking. The garden/pool area of this guest house is a super area to relax & spend time chatting & indeed drinking with the owners & other guests'
