'Very cute hotel but not what we were expecting. First thing I noticed was that the showers never really got hot or stayed hot. They get lukewarm at best. Staffing said that it’s because they were “regaderas de paso” meaning they’re only to rinse then you have to be turning on and off the water so that it stays warm. 'Beautiful hotel. Location is great. Everything was very close by and within walking distance. The only thing we had a hard time with, was the fact that the bed is located up stairs. We had to climb down in the middle of the night to go to the restroom downstairs.'

'This is a fine hotel, but you can do much better for your money in San Cristobal. The rooms are carpeted (strange for this part of the world), and this contributes to a general stuffy/musty feeling. I was first given a room with a window that only opened into the inner courtyard, meaning I couldn’t have fresh air and privacy. 'Location is good, staff very professional and friendly. Property is clean but you can hear everything happening from dogs barking, people in the room next door talking on the phone, upstairs guests showering and just about every sound on property. Not one good night of sleep in a week. '
