'Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time.'

'Prachtige locatie. 50 minuten vanaf vliegveld Liberia met taxi.Hotel erg prijzig.. Ongeschikt indien slecht ter been. Veel klauter en klimwerk dan wel gebruik maken van transport middels buggies die permanent gasten naar hun kamers rijden. Hotel ligt vanaf zee bergopwaarts .
Ligging wel vrij geïsoleerd, dus geen dorpjes in omgeving. Erg aangewezen op voorzieningen in hotel of het zeer kostbare Four Seasons hotel middels gratis shuttle transport op 10 minuten afstand.

'I am writing to report a significantly misleading and disappointing experience at CC Papagayo, which ultimately caused us to leave the property and transfer to another hotel.
The hotel listing advertised multiple amenities and experiences that were either unavailable or materially different from what was represented. Upon arrival, we found that only one of the two advertised restaurants was operational. Additionally, the live music and entertainment promoted in the listing was entirely...

'Everything was amazing! Star Class is definitely worth it for the premium liquors and the Star Class pool. One bad thing was that the restaurants we wanted were already booked up and we couldn’t go to them. Otherwise everything was fantastic, room had amazing views and the Foam party was a highlight. Would come back again!'
