A renovated vacation home in a quiet and central location in Papenburg, approx. 70 square meters, wheelchair-accessible and on one level, ideal for vacationers or longer-term stays. The newly furnished home features an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a cozy dining area. The sofa area is perfect for relaxing. A TV is provided. A high chair for toddlers is also provided. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The newly renovated bathroom features a spacious sink and a walk-in shower. Fresh towels are provided. A washing machine is available!!! Adjacent to the living area is the patio with a cozy seating area. A grill is available upon request. A garden with approximately 150 square meters of lawn borders the terrace and is perfect for playing. Bicycles are also provided upon request! The VACATION HOME is a NON-SMOKING and PET-FREE HOME! We do not accept bookings from guest workers or construction workers. The vacation home has Wi-Fi.
Parking for one or two cars is available directly in front of the house, on the private driveway. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and other shopping options are within a few minutes’ walk. The vacation park has a swimming lake that guests are welcome to use.
