Welcome to one bedroom apartment “Diamond complex”. This is a sea view flat with a marvelous view to the sea and sun set, you can see the foam of the waves from the balcony.
Apartment just 2 minutes’ walk from the very famous sandy Venus’s beach, 80 meters from the bus stop and 100 m. from the Lidl supermarket, bars, restaurants, car rental companies, bakeries etc.

- Residential Etiquette: The villa is located in a residential area and should be treated as a home.

- No Smoking or Pets: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in our properties.

- Waste Disposal: Kindly ensure all garbage is removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided.

- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.

From Paphos Airport, drive towards Paphos and at the first roundabout turn left into the new dual carriageway. When you reach the roundabout, turn right. You drive straight, to many small round abouts and traffic lights. You have to pass Kings Avenue Shopping Center (on the right), after Kings Avenue Shipping Center continue straight and have to pass one more round abound, you have to pass Mac Donald’s ant after round abound you will see Esso petrol station, after Esso turn right Morfou str and first turn on the left and on your right side you will find Diamond building.

Please note:
No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11 pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration.
All garbage should be removed from the property and placed in the outside bins provided.
Pleased remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in box and change the numbers.
