Stay connected and entertained with the 43” smart TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Large patio doors open up to a beautifully furnished balcony, offering a delightful view of the pool.

The apartment boasts a sophisticated, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, oven, stovetop, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, providing everything you need for effortless meal preparation.

The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, decorated in beautiful tones and furnished with a luxurious queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and abundant natural light. It also includes an elegant private bathroom with a bathtub, creating a personal sanctuary for relaxation. The second bedroom is equally inviting, furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and enhanced by plenty of lighting, which contributes to the room`s warm and welcoming ambiance.

The apartment`s second bathroom is modern and meticulously designed, equipped with a bathtub for additional comfort and convenience.

Ideally situated in the heart of Kato Paphos, it is just a 10-minute drive from popular attractions such as sandy beaches, Paphos Castle, and the House of Orpheus. Archaeological sites, dining options, bars, and the Kings Avenue shopping mall are all within a 5-minute drive.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
