The space

We have added quality window coverings, vibrant paint schemes, upgraded furnishings, upgraded kitchen and so much more.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own temperature control, and an air-conditioned main floor. There are 2.5 bathrooms, including a private ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom.

Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. High gloss tile throughout to keep the home cool and looks amazing. Cool feature: the laundry room is located outside under the stairs, eliminating noise and heat from the villa.

We have recently added an air conditioner on the main floor for your comfort. Feedback from local guests has been that villa's without main floor air are too warm.

Double sliding patio doors off the kitchen and living room, along with huge windows in each bedroom and the stairwell allow for lots of natural light during the day.
This Modern Villa is a 2 story-3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a private backyard plunge pool, patio with 6 seat dining set, outdoor patio furniture lounge set and Stainless Steel BBQ.

2nd Floor:
**Spacious Master Bedroom with 1 Queen Size Bed, Walk in Closet-Storage with ensuite bathroom and it's own A/C unit.
**2nd Bedroom has a Double Bed, closet/ storage space, and of course; it's own A/C unit.
**3rd Bedroom has" bunk Bed with its own A/C unit.
** A full size bathroom for Bedroom one and two to share.

Downstairs has:
** Pull out couch with sleeping for two.
**New well equipped modern kitchen with all recent new appliances- Full size Refrigerator, Full size oven with 4 burner stove top, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffee maker, Smoothie Blender, Pots/Pans, Cooking Utensils, Plates, Cups/ Glasses, Water/ Juice Jugs, Cutlery and more.
**Main floor has its' own air conditioner.
**Safe drinking water from the tap, (natural filtered spring water from the mountain).
**Open concept main floor Living Room- Has one 3 Seat Sofa Bed Sectional, 2 Lounge sitting chairs, Large Smart TV.
**Open concept Dining Area- Has a 8 seat Dining Table
**Half bathroom is located by the Front Entrance.

**There are lounge chairs by the pool for your enjoyment.
**Garbage is picked up everyday, but Sunday. Recycling is 50 meters away.

This villa holds 9 guests maximum with the pullout couch (which includes children) .
If you have a larger family or are travelling with a group, we can help you rent a second villa or even a third, onsite with the same layout for your additional guests. Please ask when booking if you require more villas.. please do not bring more guests than you booked as property manager will turn them away.

Must be 23 years or older to book this villa.
Costa Rica has a 13% VAT tax on all Airbnb Bookings. We have included that in the price.
Guest access
You have full access to the Tennis/ Pickle Ball/Basketball court during your stay.
You will have to bring your own sports equipment other than what we have listed that we have here for you.

Golf: Price, Golf club rentals and Golf carts are available at the club house.

Large Club house pool is available for our guests as well.

Rancho Restaurant bar and Pizza on the beach is now open Thursdays to Sundays.

The entire villa is yours!, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, full laundry, kitchen, living room, backyard, pool and car port.

Included in your rental is wifi, and internet and Cable TV.

Other things to note:

Arrival instructions will be sent a few days before your arrival date.

Our property manager Marco, can let you know all about what the area has to offer and is available 24/7 on his cell phone. He speaks fluent English and Spanish. His contact information will be provided upon booking confirmation. We are both available via "What's App" or I can be contacted here on Airbnb messaging at anytime. Either one of us would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have and can help recommend activities, restaurants, etc. If traveling from an international country to Costa Rica, I can send you travel information for flights, currency information, car rentals, shuttle bus, private drivers, directions, etc. I am more than happy to help you plan your dream vacation.

Into adventure? We can connect you with our reliable source for horseback riding, ATV tours, waterfall tours, zip lining, fishing charters, diving, snorkelling, and so much more.

Children are welcome but must be fully supervised by adult due to the fact that the backyard pool is not fenced in.

*Children and babies are to be included in the guest head count.

*Some pets allowed at this villa, ask for details.

*Must be able to climb stairs, as this is a 2 story house.

*Quiet time is 10pm-7am daily

*No parties allowed on property. Noise and loud music not permitted.

*2 “DAY” guests are allowed to visit.

*Overnight guests must respect neighbours.

Here in the community is one of the best beaches in all of Costa Rica and is walking distance from your villa.

Bring home fresh fish and shellfish from the local fishing docks. Fresh fruit and vegetables at local markets. Everything you need, or want is within minutes of the community.

We find it very common when walking the 125 acre area to see wildlife such as: Howler Monkeys, Scarlet Macaws, White-Tailed Deer, and a too many birds to list. Bring your camera. Located within walking distance you can enjoy a world class golf course, The club house has a convenience store, and the rental equipment is excellent if you want to leave your clubs at home. Bring lots of balls.

Play tennis or pickle ball? walk to tennis courts. We can supply tennis racquets and balls upon requests.

Are you an avid Fisherman? Book an offshore sport fishing excursion. Boats up to 35 ft. leave port daily, with their experienced captains who know the best spots for big game fish. Some days there are yellow and black-fin tuna, lots of red snapper, grouper, marlin, and mahi-mahi.

Other things to note
The bedrooms allow for 7 guests to sleep comfortably and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for an additional 2 guests if needed. An air mattress for two is also available upon request.
