'We just needed a place to stay one night for the rodeo and this place went above and beyond our expectations! First, it was a hot day and to arrive to a perfectly cooled house we such a blessing! Everything was better than pictured and we enjoyed feeling like we were in an ice cream shop more than we anticipated. So much fun!'

'This was a great location and comfortable accommodations for four adults, three generations. The kitchen provided everything necessary for preparing a nice family meal, and we enjoyed seeing the horses in the pasture each morning. We were in town for my daughter's graduation ceremony, and this was a good way for all of us to stay together comfortably. No regrets in choosing this location.'

'The man working behind the counter on the morning of April 17, 2024 was slightly rude. Apparently he was doing something in the room behind the counter that he wanted to get back to. When the housekeeping staff cleaned the room, the drinking glasses and coffee cups were removed and not replaced.'

'Although this is a older establishment, it has been lovingly remodeled and decorated. It is similar to what was once called a 'tourist court' back in the 40s & 50s. But that suits me just fine. It fills the bill for an overnight stay, as long as a person isn't overly picky. I've stayed in fancy places from LA to NYC and metro areas in between, but a little place like this has a nostalgic appeal that hard to beat.'
