The house features an open-concept living area with a well-equipped open kitchen, a sleeper sofa, a dining table, and a TV.
A small hallway leads to the sleeping area, which includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Amenities include: air conditioning, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi.

The outdoor area is well-equipped and features a shaded veranda with tables and chairs set amidst the lawn, surrounded by a hedge for maximum privacy. Guests can also enjoy the barbecue area.
The villa features a large, well-lit entrance path, and private, covered parking is reserved for guests.
