Fantastic views
The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It looks a lot bigger when you walk in and the views of the ocean are unbelievable. We are a family of six kids ranging from 21-25 and everyone was comfortable with the arrangements. Estell is fantastic and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s very convenient to have Violas steps away. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Atlantis. It was also very easy to get a cab to go into Nassau. Would definitely rent again.

Wow. Spent 11 nights at this gorgeous property and everything was perfect. Estell is amazing and super fast at communicating and making sure all your needs are met. The home is big and beautiful and the property was so nice and well maintained. Close to everything - we walked over the bridge into town. We loved our stay and this home. Don’t wait. Book it. You will not be disappointed.

Great location
We stayed at Atlantis several years ago and remembered liking the beach. This unit is just steps from the sand with great views too. The unit was accurately described and also bigger than I anticipated. Estell was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication from beginning to end! Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Weekend
Overall..EXCELLENT!! Birthday weekend: 3 adults, stayed Friday-Monday. Great location! Directly on beach with a short walking (about 10 mins) distance to Marina Village and Atlantis (to see the aquarium). There is also a liquor store & convenience store across Marina Village. Super Fresh, made in front of you Conch salad at McKenzie’s Marina Village. As you walk on sidewalk from Sunrise Beach Villas to Marina Village and Atlantis (you can also go by walking on the beach) make sure to see the fish & turtles on the right side of road in the pond. This road is across/ in front from Sunrise Beach. Bring bread to feed the turtles & fish. Make sure to also visit the Cloisters/Ruins( 10 min walk from Villas). Estell arranged transportation with Mr. Bethel. He picked us up at the airport & took us to the grocery store and liquor store. We stocked up on fresh meats, veggies, snacks. We ate breakfast, lunch & dinner at the home. There is a propane grill and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a 5 gallon jug included for drinking water. All three bedrooms are private and separate from each other. Plenty of beach towels, beach umbrellas and bath towels. Drip coffee maker (filters & Folgers coffee packs included). Gorgeous views of ocean. Ocean water was super clear/clean. Sugary, soft sand. Beach is amazing. There was a quick wedding that took place at 1030am on Sunday on the Beach in front of villas. Highly recommend this home. Will stay here again. Thank you, Estell! We love it!!!!!!!!!

Great condo right on beach
Perfectly located condo on Paradise island right on the beach. You can easily walk to all the action at Atlantis (if you want), yet this section of the beach is still remarkably quiet and peaceful. Condo itself is very clean, spacious, has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable layout for 6. The property manager Estell was very responsive and helpful before and during our trip. She knows the island/area well and can help arrange excursions. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

I cannot say enough good things about this Villa, our experience and Estell! Our 1st experience in the Bahamas was fantastic! This Villa is perfectly located for privacy and access to shopping and dining within just a short walk. It had wonderful security and the beach was family friendly. The beach was just a staircase away and beautiful! The Villa itself was impeccably clean and so well furnished from the kitchen to the bathrooms to a grill on the patio. We even had access to beach chairs and a boogie board! Estell was amazing! She provided us with everything we needed for a successful trip and was available for any questions. She was pleasant, professional, timely and thorough.

Amazing holiday vacation
The location was perfect for our family, conveniently located right on the beach with a pool right out our door. With young kids, they would change their mind often and the location made it easy to move from one place to another. Short walk to calm water where the kids could practice their snorkeling. We were also close to restaurants and the Atlantis where were ventured for a day. The accommodations were better than our expectations. Very spacious and had everything we needed. It was also nice having Viola's right there for the nights we did not want to cook or walk anywhere. Estell was amazing from the moment we arrived to even checking in on us when flights were cancelled and our stay was extended.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Although it was short and would have liked to stay longer. The pictures don’t really do it justice. The condo was very spacious We had 7 people in our group. I wouldn’t recommend any more than 6 people. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. My daughter just slept directly on the couch. Other than that we would stay here again!

This condo is just perfect for a home base for families. It allowed us to spread out and have all the comforts of home with access to a beautiful beach just steps outside the condo and Atlantis just down the beach. We took day trips in between. So happy we did not stay on property in Atlantis. Communication with Estelle was top notch. Easy breezy and beautiful vacay!

Just spent 10 glorious days at this condo. This is my third visit to Sunrise Beach Villas but first time staying in this particular condo, which I chose because it is truly beachfront. This condo is even more spacious than the pictures convey, is well stocked, and has everything you could possibly need. Estell checked in with us every couple of days to make sure all was good. She is truly an awesome property manager and I hope to work with her again in the future.

Amazing Vacation
This beautiful beachfront condo exceeded our expectations!!! The location is perfect - quiet and secluded - but walking distance to restaurants, shops and other attractions. The condo was very well equipped; dishes, towels, beach chairs (four really nice chairs) and beach umbrellas - we had everything we needed. Estell, the property manager, was amazing with communication, responsive to questions and very helpful. She provided our transportation to and from the airport with Mr. Bethel - he made sure we had all that we needed as well. The restaurant/bar on the property was also delicious and convenient. We love the friendly people of the Bahamas! This is a definite repeat property for us - truly the bluest water on one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited in the Caribbean! I wish we could have stayed longer.

LOOK NO FURTHER - Dream property and location!
We just had the vacation of our dreams last week! This property lacks nothing - it is complete from linens, to fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, purified water, beach chairs, umbrealls, A/C, and THE VIEW!!! The security manager came by and greeted us and stayed in contact with us to make us feel safe and secure at all times. Estell took care of everything. Made sure we were comfortable, checked in on us throughout our stay, and connected us with Mr. Bethel our taxi driver. We highly recommend him. We stayed in communication with him throughout the week and he provided all our rides and even took us out for the day and showed us all around the island. We met lots of locals, ate all the local food, learned about the culture, and got the full island experience. We felt like we were on a private beach! All our mornings and evenings were spent on the patio listening to the waves and staring at the incredible clear blue ocean. We did a walking food tour one day downtown and got a day pass at Atlantis while we were there. A lot of entertainment and restaurants within walking distance but we ended back up at Violas, the restaurant on the property most nights. They had surprisingly good food that was the cheapest on the island and great service. We are already looking into to booking our next trip but bringing our entire extended family. We will definitely book this house again, with hopefully a few more at the same time. This is a premier property with all the bells and whistles and support staff that you need. Do not hesitate to book your stay!

The BEST location on Cabbage Beach
The pictures do not do this property justice! It is exactly as pictured and then MORE!! Estell was awesome in reaching out prior to our arrival & helping arrange a ride from the airport and a grocery stop! She checked on us regularly thru txt, she is amazing! Everyone was blown away when we walked in and saw what was out our patio door! There were also so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was perfect for our family of 6, plenty of room! We even used the grill & had family time in the spacious living area after fun day activities. This was a family trip but with 6, it can be hard to make everyone happy—here no problem! Plenty of family fun at Atlantis & nightlife nearby. Everyone enjoyed every minute! The beach….we were the only ones & it couldn’t have been a more perfect beach, just beautiful! You cannot beat this location & kinda tucked away condo! Violas was on-site & great for a nightcap, snack, or dinner! Definitely our favorite vacation spot!! We are already talking about going back! You cannot beat this location! Just AMAZING!!

Better than expected
It’s rare that a property exceeds my expectations but this one did. The location is awesome…right on the beach. Love the porch for morning coffee. The owner and manager have payed attention to so many details. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. KEY! The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils. Estell, the manager, went out of her way to assure our experience was a positive one. She arranged transportation from the airport to include a grocery and alcohol stop. She was available to answer questions throughout the week and arranged a midweek condo cleaning for us. We will definitely return!

Unbeatable Location
Wow! The view from this property is amazing! 5 of us spent 3 nights here for a birthday celebration. The condo is fully equipped with bedding, towels, kitchenware, beach umbrellas, and the best ever lawn chairs for the beach. There are two pools but we spent all our time at the beach, which is down some stairs from the deck. We did have one issue but Estell was easy to get ahold of and she got right on it and had it sorted out quickly. This is an older complex but the unit itself is very spacious and very well maintained. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Sunrise Beach Club #1 again.

great place for families
This place had more than enough room for our family of 6. Beach chairs were great to have as we could sit close to the water and watch the kids. A few beach and pool toys as well. No need to bring anything. Good collection of puzzles. The wifi went out a few times but Estell was right on it. This is are second time at the sunrise villas but our first time in this unit. Loved waking up to the sounds of the beach!

The property was fabulous. It was very clean and beautiful inside and out. It is truly steps from the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach or the pool. Best Family Vacation Ever!!!
This was our fourth trip to the Bahamas & we’ve stayed in a few different places in the past including The Atlantis, and an all inclusive hotel & Sunrise Beach Club. By far this was the best family vacation we’ve ever had! The unit was perfect in every way. Beautifully upgraded, & large. We had plenty of room for everyone (5 adults & an 8 month old baby.) The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner & hot water heater worked perfectly. There’s also a TV in every bedroom. The Villa is well stocked with beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, blow dryers, an iron, washer & dryer etc. We only needed to bring laundry pods. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker etc. There were also enough beach chairs & umbrellas for all of us as well as sand toys, a high chair & pack n play for the baby! We’ve also stayed at the Sunrise Beach Club in the past but the location of this unit is the best in the entire building. When we walked through the front door, the view off the living room took our breath away! The Pool is right out the front door & our patio steps took us right down the steps to the beach. We spent endless hours in the warm ocean right outside our back door & so many people commented on how lucky we were to have are villa so close! Estelle the manager, was amazing and communicated with us before & throughout our trip. She also arranged our pick up from the airport with a extremely nice taxi driver named Michael who has a van that fit all of us including our mounds of luggage. He also stopped for us at the grocery store so we could pick up a few perishable items. We brought peanut butter, pasta, cereal & snacks from home as food is quite expensive. Estelle set up our Dolphin Encounter through the Blue Lagoon Island and she was so kind to provide us with a great discount & lunch! It was amazing & the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend spending the day there & enjoying the beach lagoon which has great snorkeling. Most nights we ate at Violas Restaurant which is on the property which is very convenient & reasonably priced. They even had Karaoke on Friday night which was a ton of fun! With the Atlantis being so close, we walked there on at least 3 occasions and enjoyed the aquariums for free! The Bohemian people are some of the nicest, friendliest people ever and a pleasure to talk with! Wish we were still there & can’t wait to go back to Sunrise Beach Club unit #1

Great Location
Estelle was waiting for us upon arrival and was very friendly. She checked on us a couple of times during our stay to see if everything was going well, and it was. You could not ask for a better location. Any closer to Atlantis and the beach gets a lot more crowded. The unit was well supplied and clean. Make sure you budget for food/groceries as they are very expensive on the island. Overall it was a great vacation and I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Same reliable great stay!
Estelle is an ultimate professional as usual. There have been some updates and small touches that have made a difference as well. Location still perfect and beach great. Sherene still keeping everyone safe. Only difference was the beach chair situation has changed. The guys with umbrellas prioritize another property over Sunrise guest. Not ideal considering that property has access to Sunrise beachfront. Just check with property owner/manager for loungers in good shape in your unit prior to travel. It may be the difference between no chairs or umbrellas! Otherwise perfect stay!!!

The beautiful pictures don’t lie!
It’s a beautiful location with the beach and clear blue ocean just a few steps below the patio. This end unit is unique to the complex because of the proximity to the stairs which was convenient for us as long as if you don’t mind people walking by your patio throughout the day. The unit is roomy and quiet with its 3 bedrooms and each having a bathroom. Having the lockbox with a front key in it was easy to get access inside. The kitchen is functional but lacks the basic condiments. We left some canola oil, syrup and margarita mix but not sure if they will be there for the next guests since everything is clear when you arrive. The bathrooms have small hotel samples so bring your own shampoo and soap if you’re particular. Also bring some laundry pods since the washer is a bonus when needed. The supplied towels, umbrellas and beach chairs were great for our use. The crowds on the beach are closer towards the Riu and Atlantis and in the evening, it felt like a private beach. We walked to the local liquor store so we could make our drinks since they are pricy unless you hit Anthony’s 2 for 1 happy hour! We only used the onsite office once to replace the 5-gallon water jug for $7. Overall, it was a very fun and relaxing trip and we definitely got a lot of the Bahamas sun.

Beyond expectations
A fabulous place. Beyond our expectations. First, it was so clean, so family friendly. All the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen felt really good to be in after a long trip. Second, the location can’t be beat. Roll out the front door into the swimming pool. Roll out the back door and you’re right on the beach. The beach is clear and clean and the ocean so swimmable. But just as important is the manager, Estell Major. She was so helpful to us getting a ride from the airport and getting set up in the condo. Thank you Estell.

Absolutely perfect!
I’m hesitant to leave a glowing review because I selfishly want to keep this place a secret! Everything was amazing! We traveled with friends and our two children. I really could not say enough nice things about the condo and Estell. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The condo also had several nice beach chairs and umbrellas to use which was a great bonus! There is a washing machine so make sure you bring your own laundry detergent. The pool offered a nice alternative to the beach when the kids needed some shade and a break from the salt water. Plus the on-site bar and grill was handy when we didn’t want to cook or leave the complex. We were all in heaven and so sad to leave!!!

Amazing place with great views
Everything from the property manager down to the staff helping us made our vacation on of the best in years. The property was great. The 3bd room condo was clean and provided plenty of room for the family. But the best part was walking off the patio down the stairs and hitting the beach!

Another Awesome Stay!
The best location on Paradise Island! From start to finish, Estelle makes the experience easy and enjoyable. She is flexible to work with and interested in ensuring you have a wonderful stay. We plan to be back next year - and every year we can after - we have stayed in numerous locations in the Bahamas and found this to be the best for our needs, between having the full kitchen, right on the beach, and 3 bed and bathrooms this is a perfect place for a family vacation
