This one-of-a-kind villa stands on a plot of 300sqm of teak decking and real grass garden. As you walk into the villa, you will find the very spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable and modern sofa set, widescreen rotating TV (can be watched while sitting in the pool) with UK and Russian satellite channels and WIFI connection with 40Mbps speed. The dining area has seating for 8 persons, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar which has seating for an extra 4 persons. The ground floor is surrounded by large patio doors which open up completely allowing the indoor living room merge with the outdoor deck and pool making it a huge in’n’out space.
There is a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer sea views. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC and a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. In addition, there is a smart bunkbed in the hallway so the villa can accommodate 8 persons in total. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.

On the ground floor, you will find a brand new, 4th bedroom with an independent access. This room has a double bed and an en-suite shower.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you can sink into a beautiful outdoor sofa set for 8 people in addition to 8 sunbeds near the large private 15-meter overflowing pool. To complement the outside living area, there is a full-fledged outdoor kitchen with 2 BBQs: one gas and one charcoal. There are 2 dining areas one for 8 people and the other fits 12 persons. Comfy beanbags are scattered all over the pool and grass area to accommodate many people.

This villa also has the added luxury of a roof terrace with a complementary built-in hot tub for you to relax in, have a drink, and enjoy the stunning views. The roof terrace also includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, a dining area, and separate seating area with a sunset bar.
For outdoor activities, the villa also supplies a ping pong table.
