The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as the guest toilet and first bedroom with two single beds and ensuite shower.



On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, the family bathroom and more bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two singles. Further up Villa Andria offers a roof terrace with a comfortable sofa set and beautiful sea views.



The heart of the home is the fully equipped American-style kitchen, complete with a glass ceramic hotplate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware and dishes.
