Perched on the hills above Protaras, near the hilltop chapel of Profitis Elias, Saint Elias Skyview is all about the view.



Sliding doors in the bright, open plan living area open onto a large covered veranda. Here a shaded pergola, an outdoor dining table for six and a built in stone barbecue make it easy to enjoy long lunches and relaxed dinners looking out over Protaras to a wide horizon of blue sea.



Inside, the living room has a comfortable corner sofa, a fireplace, ceiling fans and air conditioning, and there’s a second dining table for four by the windows. The fully equipped kitchen has granite worktops, a breakfast island, an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, and a window that frames the sea.



The villa has 3 bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a double bunk bed, perfect for kids. Both the bunk room and one of the double bedrooms wake up to sea views. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.



Around the house is a spacious, mature Mediterranean garden with bougainvillea, cypresses, pines and fruit trees, giving you privacy and a peaceful green setting.



The villa sits on a quiet hillside near Profitis Elias, one of Protaras’ best known landmarks. The chapel is a short walk away, and Fig Tree Bay, the beaches and the town’s restaurants and shops are just a few minutes’ drive.
