  • Een elegant appartement op de 2e verdieping smaakvol ingericht, volledig uitgerust en ruim. Onbevlekt overal bestaande uit twee slaapkamers een dubbele een twin met volledig ingerichte kasten in elk. Een extra opklapbed, geschikt voor 4/5 personen. De badkamer heeft een douche, bad, toilet, wastafel en een stopcontact voor een scheerpunt. Alle kamers zijn volledig voorzien van airconditioning. Er zijn nu horren in alle kamers zodat koele lucht binnen kan komen zonder insecten en vliegen. Het appartement heeft een open lounge / eetkamer met 40 "televisie DVD en CD stereo, Wifi is nu uitgerust met onbeperkte tijd en een SKY TV-pakket, zodat u de zeep niet mist. Het appartement is ook open naar de strakke volledig ingerichte keuken. Vers koud water machine. Openslaande deuren leiden naar het balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad en uitzicht op zee met tuinmeubilair om buiten te dineren met bbq. Dubbele slaapkamer heeft openslaande openslaande deuren met horren die leiden naar een kleiner balkon met tafel en stoelen. Dak boven gebied van Famagusta. Het complex heeft een heerlijk gemeenschappelijk zwembad met kinderbad (onverwarmde) buitendouches. Volledig uitgeruste gymzaal en tennisbanen voor degenen die fit willen blijven. begane grond parkeerplaats. Toegang tot onroerend goed via trap / lift.

    Het appartement is om de twee jaar ingericht met touch-ups als en wanneer nodig tussendoor om het er netjes uit te laten zien, de airco-eenheden worden jaarlijks onderhouden en schoongemaakt om ervoor te zorgen dat ze in goede staat werken.


    Autoverhuur: Ook aangeboden als een extra stimulans, half geprijsde autoverhuur met deze eigenschap, Honda Jazz automatisch afgebeeld, rijbewijs zou vereist zijn voor verzekeringsdoeleinden. Een auto is erg handig om op pad te gaan met zoveel interessante gebieden om te zien, waaronder Penera met een mooie selectie aan bars en restaurants, Protaras met het prachtige vijgenboombaaistrand en de meer levendige badplaats Ayia Napa op slechts 15 minuten weg. Je hebt nu toegang tot Noord-Cyprus en zie zelf de spookstad Famagusta.

    We bieden ook een ophaal- en terugbrengservice voor aankomsten en vertrek naar lokale luchthavens tegen een redelijke vergoeding. Informeer voor meer informatie. Het is ongeveer 40 minuten rijden van de luchthaven van Larnaca naar het terrein. Uitstapjes naar Famagusta kunnen worden geregeld via ons eigen auto, enz

    De apt is ook ideaal gelegen om wandelaars en wandelaars tegemoet te komen op een ideale locatie.

    Gegevens van de eigenaar: we bellen u zo snel mogelijk na uw aankomst om apparaten uit te leggen en de gevraagde lokale informatie te geven. Omdat Engelse eigenaren van het pand slechts 5 minuten rijden wonen en in staat zijn om te helpen met eventuele problemen, vragen of vragen die zich kunnen voordoen tijdens uw verblijf .. Voor een verblijf van 2 weken zal een handdoeken- en linnenwissel beschikbaar worden gesteld om uw linnengoed te verschonen als u een tussentijdse schoonmaak nodig heeft, dit wordt ter plaatse betaald. Als u wilt tennissen, zijn er rackets in het appartement die u kunt gebruiken. Strandlakens voorzien. EHBO-set in keukenkast boven de koelkast. Branddeken en brandblusser aan de muur in de keuken.

    De omgeving: u zult de lokale bevolking hier bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij vinden. Het gebied profiteert van een zeer lage criminaliteitscijfers. Hygiëne- en restaurantnormen zijn extreem hoog, het meeste voedsel wordt lokaal verbouwd en is extreem vers. Er zijn verschillende taverna's in Kapparis die 15/20 minuten lopen. Grote sportevenementen, waaronder voetbal, worden getoond in de lokale bars op gigantische tv-schermen.

A lovely clean apartment a 5 min drive from a beautiful beaches and beach bar. This is a great base for exploring the island . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and had everything we needed for our family holiday. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves for most of the time. The host is lovely and gave us some recommendations for activities and dinner which didn’t disappoint. We loved our trip and hope to be back next summer.

We had a great week staying in apt, it was central for our needs, the only problem we had was the pool was green, consequently, we had to use the other pool, but that wasn't a big problem. Excellent week.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean inside and out and is well equipped. There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and had plenty of clean bedding and towels. The welcome pack was perfect as we arrive late at night, so could have a glass of wine after the journey and tea and toast in the morning. There was also a new water bottle for the cooler which was enough for our 8 day stay. The apartment is in a residential area so a car is essential to get about, although there is a bakery in walking distance (not sure I’d want to in the heat though). The pool was great. We can not recommend this apartment highly enough and will look forward to returning!

Super clean property with stunning rooftop views.

After arriving at the accommodation we were shown around it by Rick and Sue who kindly picked us up from the airport. The apartment is quite large being 2 bedrooms and has a nice fully fitted kitchen and a bath as well as a shower over it. The first thing we noticed was how clean the apartment was, you could tell it was looked after, well maintained and furnished to a high standard. December was probably not the best time to go and after a week we decided to take up the offer of a hire car from the owners as the location is somewhat outside a reasonable level walking distance to the shops,bars and restaurants at Kapparis and Paralimni. Mike and Sue also provided free of charge a lovely starter pack of milk, bread, beer and wine for our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment with great views from the roof terrace and would recommend booking without hesitation.

Great Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks at the beginning of September, Sue was brillant to deal with through out she met us at the flat for an introduction. The facilities offered were second to none the welcome pack etc was the best we have experienced, the flat was clean the air con worked well and the flat offered everything you required for a comfortable stay and the covered parking was a lovely benefit. We would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday accommodation and we would return.

Absolutely wonderful!! This apartment is spotless has everything you could possibly need and more. Sue and Rick couldn't do enough for you and they are just a phone call away should you need anything. The apartment is set in a very good location near the local supermarket and bakery. It's also very peaceful to. We hired their car and found this very easy and useful to get about so I would highly recommend this facility. Overall I can't say enough about it, and can't wait to go back:-) Thanks Sue & Rick Sarah xx

Fantastic!

After many trips to Cyprus with different accommodation each time I finally found this great apartment. The apartment was very clean and extremely well equiped with everything you need. Sue even made sure that there was a highchair and a babycot for my youngest daughter when we arrived. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and meant that we didn't need to get to the supermarket the first day. We hired the car which was very handy as you can get around easily. WOW WOW WOW, exactly what it said on the tin. Everything you need plus the added bonus of a welcome pack when you arrive. The apartment was spotless couldn’t fault it at all with every amenity provided, from the basics to hair straighteners to WiFi . Another added bonus is the use of two pools, and a gym. Any queries we had were answered within very short timescale with Sue and Rick being very close by. We have already recommended this apartment to several of our friends. Fantastic Modern Apartment

Absolutely stunning spotless apartment equipped with everything you'll ever need, Sue & Rick will go out of their way to make sure everything you need is provided and if not they will get it for you. The apartment is ideally located for a short drive to the beach and Ayia Nappa, which is can also be reached for a very cheap bus ride which we used up until 4am on several occasions! I cannot recommend the apartment highly enough and the pool felt like our own as it never got too busy. We've already booked for next year cannot wait!!

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!

Well, not sure where to start really - nothing to complain about. The apartment is absolutely brilliant, everything carefully thought of and nothing left out. We were even welcomed to a four pack of beer and a bottle of wine - much appreciated after the flight. Anyone wondering whether or not to book need not worry - just book and chill out. Sue & Ric are not far away if you need anything & they really make an effort to make sure everything is covered. We have no moans or groans. We hired the car which was very handy and brilliant for getting about the island sight seeing. If you plan on booking then hire the car and go to Mazoto's Camel Park (not far from Larnaca Airport) It is well worth the trip and so cheap. There is even a swimming pool there. We booked the apartment for 16 days and we have another booking for 3 weeks at the end of the year. Thank you Sue & Ric for all your efforts and see you again soon :-)

An absolute gem of a place! Don't tell too many people about it or it will become overcrowded! Thank you so much Rick & Sue for your hospitality! Your apartment had everything & more for our needs. The BBQ was a welcome break after a long day travelling in the automatic hire car that is available with the apartment. The lovely pool area was a fab place to cool off. Even in the evenings it was like a warm bath with almost private use! The Cypriots that own accommodation there were so friendly and shared lots of information too - even had the pleasure of Cypriot Wedding celebrations taking place. We loved this area so much that I had booked for October before we had returned home! Can't wait! Haven't even mentioned the 24hr bakery- think we were on first name terms by the time we left! The only negative is ......WHY ARE'T WE THERE RIGHT NOW? From Bolton/ Griffiths Gang!

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY

One of the best holidays we have ever had. The apartment was immaculate and had everything you would ever need including a welcome pack in the fridge to keep you going until you get to the supermarket which is nearby. The use of the car was also great as you can get around easily, however the bus service is very reliable and regular so you can also get where you need to be whether it be the beach or any town centre. they run until the early hours so you can have as many late nights as you like. The pool area was also great and had the pool to ourselves for almost all of the 2 weeks, Sue and Rick know the area so well they advise bars and restaurants to visit and also are there if you need any advice. Easter 2011

There is only one word for the whole holiday ,excellent. The accomadation was spotlessly clean and extremely well equiped if you wish to be completely self catered. The welcome pack was very well thought out and there were lots of little extras which made you feel at home. Excellent customer service with every aspect from the start with helpful information on local facilities Spacious accomodation with lovely views . Pool and well stocked gym. If you like the beach & are not big on walking take up the car as an extra we found it very useful. Fireman's beach is small but perfectly formed with toilet, changing room, lifeguard, sunbeds & umbrellas but get there early in season as it fills up quick. Would certainly recommend this area & accomodation. We were a family with 14 year old son

An excellent family apartment.

We met Sue and Rick in 2009 when staying in someone elses apartment, they took us to look at their place and we new straight away we had made a mistake with our current accommodation. Within days of finishing our 2009 holiday we had booked with Sue and Rick for 2010. We have been back home 2 weeks now and wish we were still there, not just because we wanted to be on holiday, but on holiday in their place. It is really well laid out, not the biggest place we have ever stayed in but it is more than suitable for a family of 4 and will even do 5 or 6 if you want to sleep on the sofa's or use a blow up bed. This isnt just an apartment someone in the UK has bought that is run by an agent, Sue and Rick live 15 minutes away and take pride in their place and keep it well. It looks and feels like a home not a business venture!! Everything you need is there from salt and pepper to BBQ tools for the BBQ on the balcony which really is a bonus, and gives a great alternative to going every night. From when you step through the door and they leave you, you feel like you have lived there forever and comfort is what you have. The pool is pretty much yours alone as some days no one else turns up. The car if you take it as part of the package is a must as you are set back from the main road of Kennedy Avenue. It easliy fits 4 and 5 if you have 3 children. If you get the car Panera, Protoras and Derynia are no more than 15 minutes away in any direction. Sue and Ricks local knowledge of what is good and bad about the resort is invaluable, so meet up with them if they are free one night for beer and find out. A short walk away is the supermarket for the essentials but the welcome pack you get tides you over for a few days till you get your bearings. Along the road leading to the supermarket is a butchers that is constantly busy and has a scots man in there so langauge is no issue. Up the hill from the supermarket is the local (family) kitchen with the best local food and the best prices with the friendliest owners you can get within a 10 minute walk. In summary if you like peace and quiet with a great standard of accommodation, all the luxuries you need and beaches, restaurants, supermarkets all within 15 minutes drive then give Sue and Ricks a go. YOU WILL WANT TO GO BACK! WE HAVE BOOKED FOR 3 WEEKS IN 2011.

Exactly as described,loved it

For our first time in an independent apartment this turned out to be a very good choice. We arrived late due to flight delays but were picked up as arranged and taken to the apartment , arriving around midnight it was great to have a full welcome pack giving us the essentials to get us started. The apartment was briliant, clean , tidy and with everything we could want and more (cooker looked good but restaurants looked better), it was exactly as described in the details. Rick and Sue were great hosts,there when needed but otherwise left us to enjoy our holiday. The apartment is a short drive away from the beach and town centres so the car was a must but a really good selection of beaches and restaurants can be found only a ten minute drive away either in Kapparis(try Firemans beach or Faliros restaurant) or Protaras ( loads of places to eat and a great beach) . We can also recommend the Blue Spice restaurant in Pernera after a walk along the coastal boardwalk between Protaras amd Pernera.We would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone who wanted to do their own thing on holiday. Our only regret was not booking for longer.

excellant appartment

beautiful new clean apartment ,very tastfully furnished plenty of space , lift to floor very handy, overlooking pool , two sunny balconies,the car was easy to drive and park, local bakery close with large choice (too close - put on weight !!! ) . plenty of restaurants and bars .Sue and Rick the owners live close by and were very helpful ,recommend this to anybody, couples or families .
