  • Deze prachtige luxe villa is gelegen in het hart van Protaras op slechts 4 minuten lopen naar de belangrijkste strip, 6 minuten lopen naar Sunrite Beach en minder dan 10 minuten lopen naar Fig Tree Bay.

    Het meubilair zijn nieuw en modern. Buiten is er een grote 8x4 overflow zwembad en veel ruimte zitten.

    8 personen comfortabel kunnen slapen - 6 in bedden en 2 op de verbazingwekkende slaapbank.

    Zoals u in de woonkamer komt u in de open opstelling merken. De keuken is aan de rechterkant en het is zeer goed uitgerust voor het koken van een maaltijd, of het maken van het ontbijt voor iedereen. Er is een grote tafel naast de keuken voor 8 mensen om te zitten en te genieten van hun diner.

    In de woonkamer is er een grote bank die verandert in een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed. Er zijn stoelen en tafels en een flatscreen tv met veel Britse en Russische kanalen.

    Naast de woonkamer is er een tweepersoons slaapkamer met eigen douche en daarnaast o gast W. C.

    Het verplaatsen van de trap zul je merken nog 2 slaapkamers 0n de eerste verdieping. Deze 2 slaapkamers beide delen een grote familie badkamer. De eerste slaapkamer is twin met 2 eenpersoonsbedden en de tweede slaapkamer is dubbel.
    Beide slaapkamers hebben toegang tot de veranda waarin sprake is van een tafel en stoelen, waar u kunt genieten van uw ontbijt.

Villa was lovely,short walk via a small rd to Lidl for essentials ten mins walk to Protarus.

Good location,other villas around you so its not remote,nice safe area,local residents too.One thing,Sofa is small for 6/8 people but we enjoyed outside space anyway.Good contact with Victoria,she is contactable day and night for any questions or help.We will use Home and Away again.

We had a great stay at the villa in a great location. The property manager was very prompt in dealing with the small issue we had. Would have gave it 5 stars but there are tiles missing in the pool resulting in a couple of minor cuts on feet and the large bed by the pool could do with either replacing or painting as it is a bit scruffy looking.

The photos depicted on Vrbo are definitely several years old. There are clear signs of wear and tear to the house that are not seen in the photos provided. This is certainly not a luxury accommodation. None of the chairs are comfortable to sit in outside. In the downstairs bedroom, there is a small shower. It is actually inside the bedroom and not attached to the rest of the bathroom. Water leaked out of the shower all over the bedroom floor anytime we took a shower. The water pressure upstairs was terrible. I informed them of the issue on the first full day we were there. And they sent someone out on the fourth full day we were there. Ultimately it was fixed during our stay.It’s not that this is a terrible house. It’s that it was misrepresented via the images online. I would not have spent the amount of money I did on a house in that condition. I have rented multiple houses in Protaras over the past 15 to 20 years. I’ve never stayed in a place that was so misrepresented.I knew this house was not on the beach and we rented it so we could have a swimming pool. But it does take a solid 10 minutes to walk to the beach. And if going at night there are some poorly lit paths that have to be taken. We will certainly not be staying in this house again in the future. I think the most important takeaway for the company renting the home is to put updated and accurate images online so people know what they are actually getting.

Great location near to bars and restaurants. Great pool!

Enjoyed our stay as location was good for evening entertainment, although the small road we were on was quite noisy during the day prob because a lot of building work was going on so trucks/cars up and down the road from early morning. Hopefully this will improve once work has been completed. The villa had a lovely clean and large pool and surrounding area. The villa was fine although bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit dated. There was a big ant problem throughout the 2 weeks so we were continually spraying to keep them down. However we did overall enjoy our stay and would go back again.

The outside space was great for 4 of us. The villa was clean and we had a lovely stay.

The location of the villa was good and it was lovely and quiet. Neither of the showers worked correctly, we had to find something to hold the shower thing up. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have the basics when we arrived. We also had a lot of fun playing table tennis by the pool. The size of the pool was great and there was plenty of space around it to relax.

Amazing villa with everything you need.

This villa was amazing, perfect location and perfect size for our party of 7. It has changed my views on where I stay as from now on I will be staying in a villa rather than apartments or hotel whenever I can. Myexclusivevillas. com were amazing, they helped us out whenever we needed it sorting everything out for us including transfers in a private taxi to a late check out at no extra cost. If we come back again we will definitely be using them.

We are a family of 5 and spent a week at the property...It is a lovely property that is clean and suited All our needs...Just s 10 min stroll from the strip which has some really lovely Restaurants. The owners were really helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

Great Villa, Fantastic Location

Eight of us (family) spent two weeks in the villa and loved it, great location, very clean, pool was always being kept in good condition, the villa has everything you need to live in. Great communication with the owners, they even helped us with a late stay at no extra charge,Would deffo go again. All the best Jason & Denise

Villa is in an ideal location, very clean and tidy, a quiet location but literally minutes from the centre of protaras, it has everything you need for a great break, washing machine could do with being upgraded but everything was great. Highly recommended staying here
