The location of this Villa is superb near the coast, short walk to the village and bus stops. For those that will have a car nice big drive. Downstairs space is good, the kitchen is tired with doors that need a good rub down and repaint, hinges that need replacing and a fridge that isn’t as cold as we’d expect despite being set correctly, kick boards not fully fitted and the dishwasher needs pulling out so the floor can be cleaned properly. There where no table mats or coasters which are needed to protect furniture, lamps in bedrooms couldn’t be plugged in because they were two pin and all sockets are same as UK 3 pin. Wardrobes have damage on the doors and again hinges that need sorting. Huge crack down the stair case wall and where the loft hatch is the cornice has been ripped down. The shower in the family bathroom wasn’t attached to the wall, so we had to complain to get that fixed, this was a visible issue and should have been resolved before we arrived. The pool is a good size and pretty deep we spent a lot of time in it, however, it needs a revamp tiles loose on the bottom, tiles missing under the edges which isn’t seen until the water level drops, the edging around the pool needs properly replacing as it’s a trip hazard and anyone with small children they could easily cut their feet. The outside space is lovely it’s big and quiet we spent lots of time as a family enjoying it, unfortunately it needs to be revamped.
