     Protaras Villa 1430 is a modern, cosy and comfortable holiday villa with private pool and patio in one of the best location of Protaras close to Fig Tree Bay and Central Protaras Strip.

     Both indoor as well as outdoor the villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, high quality furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances.

     The ground floor features an open plan living room with two comfortable sofa-beds, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining table as well as a guest WC. The patio doors unfold and join the outdoor area that offers a private swimming pool, furnished patio, BBQ and parking.

     The first floor offers two large bedrooms both, one with a double bed and one with two single beds as well as the family bathroom. On request we can offer baby cots.
