Fantastic house
We had a great stay at Andrea & Nadia’s place. The house is very spacious, offers multiple rooms and areas to relax and a fabulous view of the lake and surroundings.

Mooi en strak huis!
Hele fijne vakantiewoning! Fantastisch uitzicht, huis is super, keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zwembad is top en de buiten bbq is genieten! Er is niets op loopafstand, maar met de auto ben je overal zo. Contact met Andrea ging ook erg soepel.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Fijn ruim huis met prachtige buitenruimtes. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de verschillende terrassen en balkon. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar! We hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Het was een heel fijn verblijf op een mooie locatie
Mooie locatie, huis is wat gedateerd ook qua voorzieningen. De keuken en badkamer kunnen wel een update gebruiken We moesten zelf het afval langs de weg zetten maar dat werd niet opgehaald. Was een beetje verwarrend.

Dear Guests, thank you very much for your rewiew. We are considering a deep renovation of part of the house for 2022. The waste was not collected as it was not differentiated by type of material.

Very nice
The house is located in a quite, green area without direct neighbours. It is nearby restaurants and shops though. The house had a very nice sitting area outside in the shade. What was nice is that there were other areas to sit too so you could always choose the sun or the shade. The swimming pool is small but ver nice. The airconditioning worked well as did the Wifi. The only thing we did like less is that even though all the bedrooms are on the second floor there is only one bathroom there. The second bathroom was more or less in the cellar (2 floors down from the bedrooms). Nevertheless I would recommend this house. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastico
The house is fantastico. We stayed there with a family with 3 children. The house was Clean, spacious, beautiful garden,nice pool. All four bedrooms are airconditioned. On the terrace you have a beautiful view over the lake during breakfast. There’s a kitchen/BBQ outside as well which we have used a lot. The house is situated on a hill just outside the village of Paratico in a quiet rural environment. The access road is not so great with our low car. Distance to the lake is a few kilometers, also to the bakery and supermarket (cannot be easily reached walking or by bike) Plenty of things to do at the lake and cities & villages. Can recommend to rent a boat and navigate the lake. Not many tourists around, mostly Italian. Nice village Sarnico & Paratico with plenty of restaurants also suitable for children. Andrea took good care of us during our stay, and communicated very well with us. Minus points: presence of mosquitoes and giant wasps around the house. Interior of the house is a bit outdated. Access road.

Beautiful Villa
We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍

Urlaub mit 4 Paaren
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick über den See, drei schöne Terrassen, die je nach Tageszeit und Temperatur ideal nutzbar sind. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die neue Küche mit Top Geräten. Für 8 Erwachsene genügend Platz, einzig ein Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein (wir haben es halt ausgelost). Haus, Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Bad im ersten Stock könnte eine Aufrischung vertragen, aber es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber.

Beautiful house with a view
We (4 adults and 3 children) stayed a week in this nice house in Paratico. The house is really beautiful. Four charming rooms and a modern kitchen. Three different terrasses with lake view. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. The lake is beautiful, too, but it‘s not easy to find a nice place to swim.

An absolute gem
We absolutely loved our stay in paratico in the beautiful villa!!! It has everything you need and more. The pictures dont do it justice. The hosts were unbelievably helpful, even organising dinner reservations and a cake for a birthday! The area is absolutely stunning with so much to do and see. We will definitely be recommending this property.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in super Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist an einem Hang gelegen in ruhiger Lage. Bis zum nächsten Ort und zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit. Das Haus ist sehr gut und kinderfreundlich ausgestattet, einige Räume sind sogar kürzlich renoviert worden. Es gibt mehrere Bereiche, in denen man gemütluch zusammen sitzen kann: Esstisch und Couch/Sessel drinnen und draußen, Liegen am Pool... Dank perfektem Wetter haben wir meistens auf der Terrasse gegessen, von der aus man einen tollen Ausblick bis zum See hat. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem top! Wir waren sehr begeistert und würden nochmal wieder kommen.

Ein wundervolles Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht ! Im Focus die neu eingerichtete Küche die alles hat was das Herz begehrt ! Den ganzen Tag Sonne und einen Pool der den Aufenthalt verschönert ! Einzige Kritikpunkte sind der fehlende Duschvorhang im unteren Bad, das wackelige Bettgestell und das Fehlen von deutschen Fernsehprogrammen ! Alles in Allem ein erholsamer Urlaub - Danke Nadia u. una settimana al lago d'Iseo
Siamo stati osptiti di Nadia e Andrea per una settimana. Ottima posizione per vistiare il lago d'Iseo e la Franciacorta. Il giardino, la piscina, la verdanda e i grandi terrazzi sono perfetti per rilassarsi tra giorni pieni di visite e il tutto è reso migliore della magnifica vista sul lago. L'unica pecca di stare fuori sono le zanzare. In generale, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Lovely location and views
Booked very last minute, this house was a great find, and despite several previous trips to the Italian lakes we had never been to Iseo. Beautiful outside spaces and views across the lake. Air-conditioning in bedrooms is a must for us and worked very well indeed. Kitchen well equipped enough that our foodie kids were able to cook several meals there. Andrea and Nadia were very helpful and responsive (despite being on vacation themselves for the first part of our trip!), and it’s well worth listening to their restaurant recommendations. This villa was great for a family with teenagers and older kids, and has a secure garden that would work well with younger ones, but just be aware that there are lots of steps both inside and out - it wouldn’t really suit anyone with mobility issues (the second bathroom is in the basement). Lovely stay

Beautiful property with stunning views
Stayed as a family of 6 adults 1 child. The property was lovely and the views were amazing. We loved to eat on patio with the BBQ as this had the best views. Unfortunately we only used the pool a couple of times as there were several biting insects but the pool was lovely when we did use it. The location was also close to the lido belevedere so we went there one afternoon which was worth a visit. The villa itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed. In the evenings you could relax in different areas of the villa and this was perfect for our group. I would also like to point out how helpful Andrea and Nadia were and they took the time to personally meet us on arrival and show us around the villa. If you are visiting Lake Iseo this is definitely a place I would recommend to stay.

Super Aufenthalt
Wir waren zu 5 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort. Es ist ein tolles Haus in super Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Es ist alles dort was man so braucht für einen schönen Urlaub . Der einzige Punkt, der vielleicht zu bemängeln ist, ist die Sauberkeit. Insbesondere das Kücheninventar mussten wir anfangs einmal komplett spülen und der spülmaschinenfilter war mit alten Speiseresten verstopft... aber alles andere macht das wieder wett. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Maison très agréable et vue superbe
Intérieur très propre, décoré avec goût dans la plupart des pièces Jardin très agréable et calme Terrasse parfaite avec une vue imprenable sur le lac d’Iseo ! Seul bémol : la 2ème salle de bains au sous-sol n’est pas très pratique. La propriétaire Nadia est charmante ! Accueil avec café et boissons fraîches pour les enfants, réponse très rapide quand nous avions une question... Nous recommandons cette maison pour 8 (c’était notre cas, 4 adultes et 4 enfants). Elle est à 5 minutes du centre de Paratico et de Sarnico (très joli village et superbe église)

A very nice house in a very nice place
We were 2 couples and 2 singels and stayed nine days at the villa and we all were very satisfied with the rooms. We all loved the view from the house over Paratico and Lago Iseo. And we could walk down to the restaurants, 30 minutes. no problem. The kitchen was good the bathrooms was nice though one was down in the cellar. It was a prefect place to stay with all nice places you can reach with the car, 30 minutes to Bergamo for example, and 5 minutes to nice vineyards. We could very likely choose the villa for next year also, if the wifi could just be a little bit better. Thank you Nadia and Andrea for a very nice stay in your villa.

Fantastic holiday villa
We stayed at the villa for a week with our family and found that it had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect holiday.The pool was an added bonus which we all enjoyed we would recommend the property to anyone who wished to visit the area.
