'We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! '

'Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast. Nice helpfull personell, perfect parking facilties for a reasonable daily rate of 20 euro. We had a superior room, we never have seen such a large bed: 2 x 1,20 width. The airconditiong was making a very loud noise, maybe only on our room. We always travel with earplugs, so its nog an issue for us. The location lies in one line between the Ferry 15 min walk and the train station 5-10 min walk. '

'Nous avons passer deux superbe nuit dans une des chambres d’hotes chez laura rooms et nous ne regrettons pas du tout. Tres bien situé pres de la gare la spezia station centrale qui nous a permis de pouvoir acceder au train facilement. La chambre etait propre, il a a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut ! Petites attentions mignonne tres apprecier machine a thé et cafe a disposition gratuitement, petit frigo, clim nous y avons passer deux jours superbes lit tres confortable je recommande !!'
