'The property was in a perfect location which was walking distance to everywhere. The train station was 10 minutes walk and the terminal for catching the boat for the Cinque Terre was also 10 minutes walk. The room was comfortable, very clean and had lots of storage and furnished with towels and toiletries and a hairdryer. Cristina the host was amazing and was on hand every day to answer questions and even procured beach towels for us to use. There is a kitchen for shared use with a coffee...

The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. '

'Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast. Nice helpfull personell, perfect parking facilties for a reasonable daily rate of 20 euro. We had a superior room, we never have seen such a large bed: 2 x 1,20 width. The airconditiong was making a very loud noise, maybe only on our room. We always travel with earplugs, so its nog an issue for us. The location lies in one line between the Ferry 15 min walk and the train station 5-10 min walk. '
