'Me & my partner stayed 4 nights at the hotel; when we arrived (around 11AM) they let us check-in (which is normally 3PM) and the room was ready for us to move in. But let me tell you, the room was soo small, that we could barely walk around with 2 luggages. The lights in the bathroom was also not functioning properly & we could barely see ourselves in the bathroom. That same night, we asked for a bigger room, which we had to pay 100.000 cop, per night, for. The bigger was great, but i stayed at...

'The staff was great!'

'Everything was excellent.'

'Breakfast was ridiculously slow. It usually took 30 minutes to prepare a plate with some fruit. Rooms are Smartrooms, controlled by Alexa, but sometimes because of that out of control; introductionmovie starts over again, airco shuts off. '

'New Hotel, Poor Management, Not Ready for Guests Very disappointing three-night stay at this six-month-old property. We arrived at 12:30 PM. 'Ruime kamer, nieuw en frisse look. Fijne douche, goed werkende airco en ruim balkon. Super. '

'The facilities and amount of activities was great!'
