Property needs a big time facelift…furniture, sink, towels, frig, microwave, TV…all extremely worn. Internet didn’t work in first room so had to move to another room. Staff were fabulous though which helped a lot.

Dear Guest-You should be ashamed for leaving this false review and also your behavior that morning of your checkout. The front desk manager had advised you correct information in regards to retrieving your receipt from Expedia since you paid them, and not the hotel directly. Since you did not like what he was stating, you then very aggressively started belittling him and shouting profanity. You were advised to leave the building immediately and were walked out. At no point did anyone from this establishment threatened you in any manner. A case against you has been opened with Expedia and you will never step a foot in this building. You should be ashamed of your actions!

First room had vomit and other gross stains on the bed. Front desk quickly moved us to a second room that was just marginally better. Bed super uncomfortable and the fridge made a awful ticking noise all night. I did appreciate them giving me my 2nd night i had purchased back after informing them i was not staying another night.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean room. My room had a couch, which was really nice. Commode was low to the ground, which is great kids and short people. Being that I’m 5’10” it took some getting used to. The only issue was noise from young kids driving loud vehicles along Loop 286 at 3:00am.

The toilets were extremely bad I had my 4 year old son trying to use the bathroom and notice urine all around the toilet under the toilet the mirrors had stuff all over them. Front desk was nice Unfortunately the room just did not seem clean at all!

Property was convenient located but that was all the positive. Room furniture was worn out and sagging, the television was not working properly (wide lines across screen), towels were stained and dirty looking, no amenities as advertised (breakfast, coffee, iron, safe etc). Cheap but you get what you pay for.

Customer services was amazing, rooms are dirty(out dated and old) and no way would i use the sheets (brought my own) but for the price bring your own blankets and towels and you are set :)

Spend the extra $$, go somewhere else
To say that this place was unclean is an understatement. It smelled musty, even after I sprayed an entire can of lysol in there. The sheets and bedskirts were torn, foreign hairs everywhere. Mold on the carpet next to the fridge. No sink stopper. Used soap left in the shower. We would have left, if we thought we'd get our $$ back and it was 9pm already. The nice guy at the front desk showed me a document about not getting a refund after 20 minutes and kind of alluded that people used this hotel by the hour. Because we had already paid online, we decided to brave it. I took off the bed covers and slept in my clothes with my shoes still on! My teenager didn't even use the bathroom, but held it until the next morning. The lightswitch by the door doesn't turn anything on, so you have to walk in and press/turn the switches on in the dark. At least the mattresses were on platforms so nothing lurking under the beds. Wi-Fi worked decent. TV worked: local channels only.

The pool was green with algae, there is NO breakfast offered even though the web site says there is. The towels were thin and scratchy and only 2 offered with 1 wash cloth. There are many other properties in the Paris area, go there.

I had to clean the bathroom upon checkin myself. No housekeeping on staff that day(Friday). The pool was closed, the breakfast area was closed. The side door of the office was broken. I have never seen a more rundown hotel. The next morning the toilet stopped up and overflowed onto the floor. Tried to call office, phone did not work. Went to office to tell them about the toilet. They sent plunger and old sheet to fix that. No maintenance people on duty. We decided to go to another hotel. It was just too much. The pillows smelled so bad we could not sleep on them. We will never go back there.

We needed a dog-friendly hotel and found this one. It could really use some updating and a deep cleaning. The bathroom door didn’t shut because of foundation issues. We turned the ceiling fan on and were afraid it was going to fall down, it was so wobbly. Lights didn’t turn on and some outlets didn’t work. Expedia said this hotel offered breakfast but it does not.
