Spacious room. All quite new. Window could be fully opened which we really liked and is not the case in every hotelroom. Friendly hotelstaff. Nice neighbourhood. Metro is about 10 minutes walking distances. Bikes at 5.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
Accidently booked at the 24th of may instead of 17th from The Netherlands. Called within 5 minutes with Expedia. It was after office hours 0:00, so they put me through to another open location abroad. From there they connected me directly to the hotel. Friendly person told me to help out and guaranteed me that there were still rooms available for the 17th. He ensured me we could drive to Paris the next day without worries. He just needed to arrange the final agreement with the reservation team and they would give me a call between 8 and 9 a.m. the next morning. In the worst case scenaria we had to pay a surplus. Unfortunately I didn't receive any phonecall at the given time. When I contacted the hotel myself, they only told me there was nothing they could do for us and we had to contact Expedia instead to arrange things. The call number was unknown by the hotel. What was even more disgusting is the 'helpful' staffmember advised me to cancel the booking, but there would be no restitution. In that case they could rent the room again! It would be no surprise to you I reacted a bit upset about this. Their response was to end the call! Is that customer service? Contacting Expedia didn't get me any further either. Because the reservation was non restitutable, there was nothing they could do and only the hotel had the authority to change the date. We still went there and they basically told us the same. There were still rooms available, but we needed to pay again.

Mooi hotel met gastvrije medewerkers en fijne kamers. De kamer had o.a. een koelkast, magnetron en koffieapparaat. Echt een aanrader. +/- 8 minuten lopen naar de metro.

Het hotel is splinternieuw, ik kreeg een kamer en kan me niet voorstellen dat deze al eens werd gebruikt, laat staan getest: de spoelknop van het toilet lag gewoon op de toilet en werkte niet... Ik kreeg een andere kamer en de algemene elektriciteitsschakelaar werkte heel moeilijk, en het stopcontact in de kamer hing half uit de muur... In de fintessruimte staan de 3 toestellen op elkaar gepropt, ik had al meteen geen zin meer om aan sport te doen. De prijs van het ontbijt was veel te hoog voor wat men krijgt. Nope, ik kom hier niet meer terug.

Excellent accommodation for people that are skilled with transportation and self organization. Rooms are clean, the small kitchen corner is equipped with everything you might need: soap, towels, pans and dishes, we even had an iron and a vacuum cleaner in our room. There’s a number of nicely large supermarkets at 2min walking distance and a couple of bakeries to stop by for croissants and pains au chocolat in the morning and to buy bread for the day, large baguettes were 1€ so the prices are those of a residential area. Concierge service is extremely efficient and is available 24/7, taxis arrived in less than five minutes. The position of the hotel is quite convenient but not in the city center. Closest metro is a 10min walk and from there it’s a 30min ride minimum for the heart of Paris (Louvre, Tour Eiffel, Champs Élysée, Opéra). If you take the bus instead, it takes a little longer but the stop is right in front of the hotel which is really nice after a long day of walking. Be practical and prepared and you’ll have a great experience at an excellent price.

Ok, but we'd stay closer to the city next time
Large comfortable room with a useful kitchenette. The shower was cosy and leaked badly over the floor. Free use of the coffee machine at reception was good. Location is ok, about a 10 minute walk to the metro and a 20 minutes ride into the city centre. Very strict with checkin and checkout times and would not honour the VIP 2 hour late checkout on the email confirmation.

Decent - But with faults.
Hotel overall good condition and reasonably well looked after, however the room smelt of sewerage on entering and the air conditioning was locked at 24c. Which initially was great when coming in from outside (33c+) however it made it practically impossible to sleep at night.

Staying in this property was definitely a hit or miss. Now first I’ll give all the great things about it. We booked this hotel for 10 days but we only stayed for 4. The rooms were clean. One did not have toilet paper but we simply asked for it and they gave it to us. We did not do the booking with a breakfast and you must! The breakfast is good but if you didnt pay it then you have to pay 15 euros per person. There was always different staff members there. Some were not accommodating at all. Some were amazing! Deborah was kind and always friendly to our needs! I asked for her name just so I can mention her here! She is the reason why our stay here was great! Now what was somewhat negative. We were a family of 5 and we arrived very early. This is not a regular hotel as it is aparthotels. So the room was not ready when we arrived. We were tired and we did explore a bit but were so exhausted we came back and slept in those uncomfortable seats. One of the staff pitied us and let us in earlier than when they said. Another thing is the location. In Expedia I put Eiffel Tower to be the main focus of the hotel. Now you can see it the higher floor you are but the Hotel is rather remote from it. The amenities and everything was decent but we had to pay around 15 euros every time we wanted to go to the touristic areas. This is great for locals that can use the metro and things but foreign I would avoid unless you know your way around Paris. Other than that it was good stay!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und alle sind sehr freundlich und nett. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder genau in dieses Hotel reisen. Die U-Bahn Station ist nicht weit entfernt und gleich in der Nähe waren auch schöne Restaurants, wo man schöne Abende draußen verbringen kann.
