## Logement
Located on the first floor, the accommodation includes:
- one bedroom with a double bed ;
- a shower room,
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a living room with a sofa bed.

The bunk bed is no longer part of the accommodation.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its brightness.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal : Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Fan.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located near the "Jules Joffrin" and "Guy Môquet" metro stations.
You will find a supermarket "MONOPRIX" at 2 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases.

Sites of interest close to the accommodation :
- the Montmartre Museum (15 minutes on foot),
- the Palais Garnier (20 minutes by metro)
- and the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (33 minutes by metro).

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
