I liked the property but the tv in the room I was in didn’t have a remote so it only went on one channel. I did call the office and she offered to move me but we had already walked upstairs after a long drive

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. All rooms they try giving to people aren’t cleaned before checking in. They give rooms to other guests when someone is already staying in them.

Good price, but will not stay again.
The room smelled of smoke and I requested a non-smoking room. When I mentioned it I was told that someone had stayed there from the apartments and had smoked in it.... never offered to relocate us. During that call i also asked about the wifi since it wasn't working and was told that a route had been hit by lightning, but i could come closer to the front desk and use theirs... because I want to drive ariund two buildings or wander around outside every time I wanted to use my kindle or my daughter wanted to use her switch device. There was also a plastic bag over the smoke detector, definitely against the law.

Disgusting!!!This is not a Hotel it is a very sad motel, The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned with soap and very hot water, the lights and furniture had dust caked on them. The room we stayed in had a running water leak all night long that you could hear over the air conditioner. NEVER AGAIN

The 1st room i checked in was not made and filthy. No sheets on bed, no towels or toilet paper. 2nd room i cjecked in had hair all over the bathroom,sink area and toilet were not cleaned. Dresser was not clwan, spill marks on it...shall i go on? Are you going to give a general to this reaponse too? I am a housekeeping supervisor and this is appalling!!!! My employees would have been fired! Its sad when the desk clerk is telling the guests they don't know what they are getting

My room was dirty upon arrival. There was no toilet tissue or necessities in the bathroom. The towels were dirty and stained, and had someone else's hair on them. The floors were so dirty I had to keep my shoes on or else it would have ruined my socks. I went to ask for toilet tissue and clean towels only to be told there were no clean towels. My key didn't work the following morning, so when I went to ask them to fix it, the front desk just asked my room number and handed the key back. Didn't ask for a name or any information to make sure I was the right person for the room. This was after I had found out another guest returned to their room to find a stranger asleep in their bed. So I cut my stay short and went elsewhere because I did not feel safe in that environment.
