It is composed by a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with stove and microwave, a shower room with WC. It has storage and a washing machine.



The location is one of the most lively areas of the city, close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, clubs, (Sacré Coeur, Opéra Garnier...).

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, in close proximity to all shops, restaurants, bars, local markets, and supermarkets. It's also near the new Batignolles district, notably with its cinemas. As for green spaces, you won't be disappointed, as we're next to the famous Parc Monceau and Parc M. Luther King. Lastly, concerning business, the apartment is close to the new Tribunal Judiciaire and the Palais des Congrès de Paris.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is secure and charming.

It's very pleasant to walk the streets of the neighborhood.

Metro at 2 minutes walk : Place de Clichy ; Line 2 & 13

There are numerous buses (28, 54, 74, 94)

Lastly, there are many bike lanes and self-service bike/scooter stations.



Direct access to : Stade de France, Champs Elysées, Gare Saint Lazare, Gare Montparnasse, Nation
