This apartment is available for a minimum stay of one month under "Bail Mobilité" in accordance with French law (ELAN law / mobility lease framework).
To rent under Bail Mobilité, the tenant must justify - at the start of the lease - that they fall into one of the eligible categories, such as:
- Professional training
- Professional assignment / job change
- Temporary assignment (seasonal workers, temporary needs)
- Studies (including graduate studies)
- Apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Voluntary engagement as part of a civic service
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all amenities during their stay.

A great nearby highlight is Centre Pompidou, one of Paris’s most iconic modern art landmarks, located just a short walk away. The area is also close to Les Halles, the Tour Saint-Jacques, the covered passages, and the lively Châtelet district, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and discovering central Paris.
Getting Around:
The apartment is very well connected by public transport, with nearby metro lines 3, 4, 8, 9, and 11, as well as several bus lines including 20, 32, 38, 39, 56, 70, and 76. With stations such as Réaumur-Sébastopol, Strasbourg–Saint-Denis, Arts et Métiers, and Bonne Nouvelle close by, it is easy to explore Paris from this central location.

Check-in: standard check-in time after 3:00 PM.
As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:
A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 10 EUR per night,
OR
* A refundable 500 EUR Security Deposit
If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:
💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.
✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.
🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
