Great neighborhood.
We very much enjoyed the apartment, neighborhood and Paris! I will visit again. The apartment is in a residential area, away from tourist locations. Children and young people going to school, people shopping, riding bicycles. all types of markets, boulangeries and bistros nearby. It feels like the real Paris.

Lovely studio, lovely neighborhood
I was very comfortable staying 4 1/2 weeks in this charming place. Although I never met the owner, I was warmly greeted by the waiting concierge -- Marie could not have been more welcoming and kind. She showed me around the apartment and always greeted me when we passed in the building, answering any questions I might have and just generally making me always feel welcome. The area is very residential although there is one small and one large market within a few blocks. It's peaceful at night -- most of the cafes are near Place d'Italie which is also a good transit hub and about a 15 minute walk away. There is a small marche for fruit and veggies and cheese along the street in front of the apartment several days a week and larger Sunday marches on Avenue d'Italie and Blvd Auguste Blanqui. Bus #67 runs along Rue Bobillot about every 20 minutes and it is easy to get to central Paris, sometimes with one easy transfer. This is not a busy tourist area but it is a lovely area to explore when one is wanting a quieter day. I would happily stay in this apartment again and I do hope to return next Fall.

Sehr schönes Appartement
Viel Platz, diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden. Helles Licht im Bad, Kosmektikspiegel, Handtücher in verschiedenen Farben. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter (wohnt im Haus). Sehr ruhige Gegend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus und Metro gut zu erreichen.

Un beau studio tres bien equipé et tres cosy . Le quartier est agréable . Pas tres loin de la butte aux cailles . La personne pour l'accueil est tres serviable et compétente . On a apprécié la salle de bain et les equipements de la cuisine .

Appartamentino molto carino
Piccolo appartamento carino ben arredato e di gusto. Non manca nulla e abbiamo trovato bagno, cucina e soggiorno a misura per due persone senza fronzoli... Tutto a portata di mano. Un gift di benvenuto e tanta cortesia da parte della signora che ci ha accolto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e con il bus 67 andate praticamente ovunque verso il centro città. Siete vicini a negozi e ristoranti per tutti i gusti e a un grande centro commerciale in place d'Italie. Consigliato....

Paisible et confortable
Ce studio bien qu un peu excentre dans le 13eme arrondissement de Paris est un havre de paix. Il est très bien agencé, fonctionnel et très propre. L accueil du propriétaire prévenant est des plus agréable. J ai passé un excellent séjour . Les nombreux transports collectifs dont Paris bénéficie sont à 2 pas voire même dans la rue.

Delizioso appartamento in un quartiere affascinante,vivace, pieno di negozi e locali per soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenze,a due passi dalla strategica Place d'Italie.Il signor Gerard ci ha accolto con simpatia e calore.Le foto sul sito corrispondono esattamente alla realtà, l'appartamento è dotato di tutto quel che serve per rendere il soggiorno davvero piacevole.Consigliatissimo!

Y retourner, c'est l'adopter!
Je suis retournée au 107 rue Bobillot, pour un second séjour de quelques semaines, il y a peu. J'ai retrouvé avec bonheur le studio du 6e étage, tout comme ce XIIIe arrondissement qui m'avait beaucoup plu il y a trois ans. Tant dans cet agréable studio que dans les environs, on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour apprécier un séjour même prolongé. En ce qui me concerne, la découverte d'un vaste Franprix à 200 m, ouvert jusqu'à 23 h, a ajouté à mon confort. Et dans un autre registre, j'ai eu la chance de retrouver les propriétaires et d'apprécier de nouveau leur disponibilité, leur générosité et leur sens de l'humour... Superbe accueil et grand confort
Un appartement propre, accueillant et confortable. Notre hôte Gérard n'a pu nous accueillir pour des raisons personnelles mais il a tout arrangé avec une personne de confiance qui nous a accueillis avec chaleur et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésitation.

Wonderful apartment and neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely little studio apartment. This quiet, residential neighborhood is just a few metro stops away from the center of Paris. Wonderful market on Tuesday and Friday just down the street. Cafes, boulangerie just steps away. The apartment is small but has a lovely little balcony. Just right for a couple who wants to be close enough to the enter of the city but also enjoy a bit of residential Parisienne ambiance. Thank you Jean Paul for a lovely stay. We hope to return!

Quartier parisien très agréable et bien desservi en terme de transport.

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix!
Nous avons passé fin janvier 5 nuits dans cet agréable studio chez M.Pezieu, un hôte charmant et attentif qui loge sur le même palier. Ce studio est bien équipé, avec une "déco" soignée, voire raffinée, et d'une impeccable propreté; l'adresse se situe sur une avenue assez importante, mais situé à l'arrière il est parfaitement au calme. Cette adresse est vivement à recommander.

Alles hat gepasst!
Nachdem wir streikbedingt - Streik der deutschen !!! Bahn - deutlich verspätet angekommen waren, wurden wir mit großer Herzlichkeit und wichtigen Informationen in Wohnung, Haus und Stadtviertel eingeführt, sodass wir uns sofort zurecht gefunden haben. Das kompakte und komplette Studio ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war wunderbar sauber und für die Gäste vorbereitet. Wir haben nachts danke der guten Verglasung und des hervorragend isolierten Baus sehr gut geschlafen, haben morgens in unterschiedlichen Bäckereien Brot eingekauft und in Ruhe ausgiebig gefrühstückt. Danach ging es zu Picasso, Miró und Schiele, wobei die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe (Bus und Metro) uns unsere Erkundungen erleichtert haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal Paris als Ziel haben, und wünschen dem liebenswürdigen Gérard Pézieu alles Gute. Ana und Michael

Un séjour merveilleux!
15 octobre, 2018. Un accueil chaleureux et une grande générosité pour nous donner de multiples informations afin que notre séjour soit des plus agréables. Un appartement très propre, bien situé, très sécurisé dans un quartier où on retrouve de multiples services. À l'intérieur, tout ce dont on a besoin et où tout fonctionne très bien, ce qui est grandement apprécié. On y retrouve également un document avec une foule d'informations qui nous ont été très utiles. Un quartier tout à fait charmant. La Butte aux Cailles, un petit coin de Paris à découvrir à pied. Nous le recommandons fortement à toutes les personnes qui recherchent la sécurité, le calme, le bien-être et bien sûr, un bon contact humain. Great apartment!
The apartment was as lovely as the pictures depicted. It was very quiet and away from the crowds. It was situated between 3 different metro lines each about a 10-15min walk. There is grocery stores and banks nearby. It was a bit dark late at night to walk alone as all the nearby shops are closed so keep that in mind when planing excursions. During the day it was delightful to see the neighborhood activities. I felt like I was in the middle of a typical French neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Quiet little home from home in Paris all to yourself!
The property is situated outside of the main tourist drags in Paris whilst being near enough to enjoy everything in the city. It is spotless, characterful and lovely and quiet. The flat entrance is on the 6th floor (there's a lift) in a confined area where you aren't disturbed by neighbours or any other noises. Small but cosy and not a cramped property; very well equipped and everything is good quality. Great to have a balcony area so the flat never feels too stuffy. We slept well but the mattress is a hard one. Plenty of shops nearby in what is a quiet neighourhood in walking distance to Parc Montsouris - a beautiful hilly park lovely for a picnic on a nice day. Staying here was a great way of having a non-touristy experience in Paris without being removed from the city and if you need organic/specialist diet foods there's a great store 10 minutes away. The lady manager was lovely and got back to us quickly with travel instructions. Definitely recommended!

Felt like a dream!
I cannot express how comfortable and happy I was to stay in this beautiful studio. I really felt like I was a local and was able to get groceries and cook. It was so perfect! The best part about this apartment is the balcony. I loved working out there, reading my book, drying my clothes, and just taking in the surrounding neighbors. I highly recommend this place. It's so much better than any hotel. I can't wait to come back!

Allez y sans hésiter le meilleur choix sur Paris
Studio très confortable et très propre avec toutes les commodités au pied de l'immeuble sécurisé (station de Bus et petit supermarché ) Le quartier de la Butte aux Cailles est charmant. Il se trouve à 500m de l'appartement à visiter absolument. L'accueil est chaleureux malgré l'absence des propriétaires. Je recommande vivement ce logement de plus il est possible d'avoir le garage privé en dessous de l'immeuble du propriétaire, c'est un vrai plus à Paris.

Le quartier permet de découvrir Paris grâce à la proximité des moyens de transport. De plus, tout dans ce studio est pensé pour le confort des locataires. Ce logement est d'une très grande propreté, ce qui n'est pas aussi fréquent dans les locations saisonnières. Ascenseurs et parking contribuent également au confort des vacanciers. Mobilier et équipements sont de qualité, tout comme les livres qui accompagneront le repos après les balades.

L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipée, depuis la SDB où serviettes et gants de toilette sont mis à disposition, ainsi qu'en cuisine où tous les ustensiles sont disponibles. Ce charmant studio très propre, très bien équipé agréablement décoré est situé dans un quartier en dehors des grands flux touristiques et pourtant plein de charmes. même moi qui suis un vieux parisien je me suis laissé surprendre. Très bon accueil de M.Pezieu qui n'est pas avare de renseignements sur son quartier.
