The apartment is 25m² (270 sq ft). Please note that the ceiling height is fairly low and may not be suitable for people taller than 1.80m



The Space:

As soon as you enter, your eye is drawn to a stunning original stone wall, the hallmark of the space. The living room, with its clean lines, features a sitting area, a dining nook, and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfort is ensured by underfloor heating.



The staircase, entirely custom-built by a renowned woodworker, stands out as an architectural feature in its own right. It leads to a more intimate upper level, designed as a sanctuary.



The decor, subtle and refined, blends fine materials with delicate details. The hand-crafted Limoges porcelain lamps cast a soft light and contribute to the apartment’s unique atmosphere.



Upstairs, the bedroom features a 160 cm double bed with a new mattress, chosen for its comfort. Storage space and a full-length mirror complete this sleek ensemble.



The bathroom extends this sense of harmony with an ambiance that is both elegant and intimate.



A rare find, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, ideal for a stay in the heart of the city, combining character, discretion, and comfort.



Please note that the ceiling height on the upper floor is quite low, and that the shower is 1.8 meters high.



For your comfort, we have invested in a portable air conditioner (the hose extends out the window, drawing in hot air and expelling cool air). It has been set up upstairs in the bedroom.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor, but you will need to climb a few steps to reach the bedroom.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is ideal. It’s the real Paris, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés. The street is practically pedestrian-only. It’s the most central neighborhood in Paris.



Please note that we are fortunate to have a Chinese community group in the courtyard. On weekends, families come with their children to play music. There may be a bit of noise, but they are lovely people and we are friends with them.
