The Space:

Welcome to this beautiful 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 8th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue de Courcelles in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, Living Room: 1 single sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has building controlled heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 3 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Rue de Courcelles runs through the heart of the 8th arrondissement, connecting the Parc Monceau to the grands boulevards in one of the most elegant and prestigious parts of Paris. The immediate neighbourhood has a wonderfully calm, residential quality — wide tree-lined avenues, beautiful Haussmann buildings and some of the finest food shops and bakeries in the city — while remaining extremely well connected to the livelier parts of the capital. The Parc Monceau, one of the most beautiful and romantic parks in Paris, is just a short walk away, and the surrounding streets are full of excellent neighbourhood restaurants and cafés.



The Boulevard Haussmann with its great department stores, Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps, is close to the south, and the Madeleine church and the Place de la Concorde are within easy reach. The Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe are a pleasant stroll away. Avenue Montaigne and its flagship fashion houses are not far either. The Métro at Courcelles and Villiers connects this refined address to the rest of the city with ease.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
