Welcome to La Casa MaYa, a cosy apartment (sleeps 5) at a 16 mins train ride from central Paris (10mins walk to station - please see photos for maps) with an equipped home office and all mod con on the 1st floor (1 level above ground), designed for relaxation but also for work, you will instantly feel at home.

We have arranged a space for those who, like us, work on the move and have paid particular attention to the connectivity (very high-speed Wifi connection throughout the apartment).
In the living room, you will find an HD TV linked to Chromecast and more than 50 cable channels. Enjoy the sofa or Moroccan cushions for a moment of relaxation. The sofa bed with a real queen size mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. A dining table seating up to 6 that can be folded away when you use the sofa bed.

The bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe space, cupboards and chest of drawers as well as a video projector connected via Chromecast. The shutters as well as the blackout curtains will allow you to rest at best. You also have a yoga mat and other small stretching equipment at your disposal.

A baby travel cot, baby bath and high chair are available for your little ones.

The second bedroom has a small single bed (80x180cm), although suitable for an adult, it will be more comfortable for a child.

The workplace (in the 2nd bedroom) is set up for two people with a large desk, shelves, a wifi colour printer, two 19" screens (HDMI, VGA and USB-C adapters available to fit all laptops), Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. We also provide some stationery, mobile chargers and adapters for international plugs. All you have to do is connect your laptop when you arrive and enjoy your new home office.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a convection oven, ceramic hob, SENSEO coffee maker, mixer, blender, juicer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and a washer-dryer.

You can easily control heating with the digital thermostat.

Parking: street paid parking during the week (some streets are free nearby, we will communicate them to you on request)

We are always a message away should you need anything.

You’re not in central Paris (hence why this listing is more affordable!) but one of Greater Paris’ suburbs which is only a couple of train stops away from central Paris (St Lazare Station and les Champs Elysée are about 25 minutes door to door) and will give you a sense of the authentic Parisian life.

We’re west of Paris, the closest tourist spot is Les Champs Elysées which is 2 tram stops and 1 train stop away from the apartment (about 20/25 minutes).

You will not see the Eiffel Tower from your window, but you’ll be there in less than 40 minutes by public transport.

Boulevard Haussmann with its famous department store Galerie Lafayette is 30 minutes away with the L train taking you to central Paris (St Lazare station) in 15 minutes.

Le Louvre is 35 minutes away by public transport.

You’ll be strolling in Montmartre in less than 45 minutes.

Disney is on a direct train line (RER A) and you’ll be there in about an hour.

Versailles Palace is a 35 minutes drive.

Central Paris main tourists attractions are dotted all over, not concentrated in one area but you can expect to reach most, if not all of them, in less than 45 minutes to an hour door to door.
