The apartment is bright, well oriented and not overlooked, it is located on the 5th floor without elevator and includes:

- a single inflatable mattress ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;

- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax on after a day out.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, TV, Italian coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, oven, iron, fridge, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located close to metro lines 6, 8 and 10, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
