I welcome you in my charming duplex of 124 square meters, with TERRACE of 25 m2 and fitted out and ready to receive six persons (4 adults and 2 children).
It is ideally located in the city center, 5 min walk from the metro line 14, close to the train station, 27 min by metro from Paris and near bars, restaurants and emblematic sites.

Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the duplex is bright, spacious and suitable for tourist vacations.

The first level includes two bedrooms with two beds for children and a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped and functional bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a playroom with an inflatable mattress for one person and an office space. On the second floor, you will have a large living room with a cozy lounge, a dining room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a large terrace of 25 m2 (with a sofa) offering a beautiful view and is ideal for relaxing.
To ensure that your stay is comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Fan, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location. It is located in the city center, in a dynamic area served by public transport (5 min walk from the metro line 14), close to the train station (11 min walk) and near bars, restaurants and shops. ## Emplacement
