Definitely a great choice to come by for in the future. The location is good. The room and staff are both great. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, pretty amazing considering how close it is to some of the main attractions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Tout est bon pour voler le touriste
Attention, cet hôtel peut vous coûter cher. Suite à un problème de réservation, j'ai eu ma réservation pour une chambre double pour deux personnes modifiée en une personne. Vu que c'est une chambre double il ne devrait pas y avoir de problème pour ajouter l'autre personne, ça devrait se limiter à la taxe de séjour ou l'écart de prix qui sur hôtels.com est de 10 euros. Mais on m'a réclamé le tarif fixe de 60€ soit un tiers du prix. Quel vol ! Les chambres sur place sont affichées a 795€ sans doute pour justifier ces extras alors que le prix sur leur site officiel est autour des 100€. J'imagine qu'on doit aussi vous réclamer une fortune en cas de check out tardif. Avec cette direction, n'importe quel hôtel fermerait rapidement sauf qu'ici on se trouve en pleine zone touristique donc pas grave si les clients ne reviennent pas. Sinon les chambres sont petites et on entend très bien les voisins et le contact très parisien donc assez détestable. A fuir,.la moindre erreur ou demande vous coûtera cher

My room was not clean, found a tube of used toothpaste on the floor behind the trash can. After room service the next morning it was put back on the sink burrrkkkk. The rooms have a funny smell, they are supper narrow rooms. Never again will i go there, i coukd have found way better for that price

The property was perfect for our family. The girls 7 and 9 really liked the bunk beds and Mom and I really liked having our own personal room upstairs. The lady and gentleman who took care of us were awesome!!! We loved our stay and will take back wonderful memories of Paris!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was charming and the people were so very nice. I will stay here again. I had my 82 year old mother, as well as my college age daughter and university friend with us. The duplex was perfect because everyone had space. Great setup for families! Classy and cute.

God beliggenhet, med kort vei til matbutikk, restauranter og offentlig transport. Dårlig service ved innsjekk, da resepsjonisten var opptatt i en privat telefonsamtale i 10 minutter før han tok oss i mot. I tillegg var ikke rommet klar til innsjekk kl 15.

This was a very quiet hotel and was in a great spot for walking to all the major tourist spots in Paris! The morning front desk man was awesome! So very friendly and inviting and shared lots of great tips! Highly recommend!

Worst hotel ever. Small elevator for only one person with luggage. Very old hotel and dirty. My room smell horrible and there was no room to open my bag on the floor. Very small rooms and bathrooms are even worst because of the space and not clean. When I say very small rooms I mean very small. Also fridge was not working and there was a smell coming out of it. We had to sleep with the door of the balcony open. My moms room was the same. I been in to old hotels but this was something else.

Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen (Maisonette-Zimmer, allerdings sehr steile Treppe zum oberen Stock). Gute Lage (zu Metro, Triumphbogen, Restaurants, Geschäfte). Frühstück ok.

We checked in between 730-830 pm, had dinner. Tiny room, no space to move in room or to put your luggage. Power outlets in our room didn’t work- how are we going to charge our phones & how can my husband use his CPAP? The staff told me to knock next door to share their power outlet with us & get ourselves extension cord…to wait for the guests next door when they arrive… to charge our phones at the front desk & charge my husband’s CPAP there too???…Or to wait til tomorrow…Unbelievable! My husband could die without his cpap overnight….staff don’t get it! The staff blamed my adapter & said that it’s not working when he even tried it at the front desk & saw that it worked, thinks we’re stupid not knowing anything about power supply & stuff. Staff could not find a solution.. I moved out of the hotel in the middle of the night, called expedia & reported this incident. This hotel should not be selling a room when it’s amenities are non functioning. Do not stay at this hotel at all!!!

この時期にしてはリーズナブルな料金なので3泊しました。初日の夜、下の階の宿泊客が夜中２時半に大声でしゃべったり笑ったりしながら戻ってきて、部屋に入ると大音量でテレビをつけ、やっと静かになったのが明け方の４時半。こちらは２時半に起こされたまま一睡もできませんでした。他の方が書いているように、少々音が響く構造になっているようです。 ですが、翌日からはその宿泊客がいなくなったのか、館内とても静かで、朝までぐっすり眠ることができました。 部屋はとても清潔で、毎日の掃除やベッドメイキングも完璧。シャワーの温度も強さも文句なしです。 近辺に美味しいタイ料理のデリがあり、３泊のうち２泊はそこでテイクアウトして部屋で食べました。 近くにスーパーもレストランも何でもあります。夜も静かです。

L’hôtel est très bien placé …. Le personnel agréable ….. bon rapport qualité prix par contre le point négatif chambre 103…. Juste au dessus de l’accueil, juste près de l’ascenseur Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend l’ascenseur, les bruits de la rue, les gens dans les chambres à proximité…. Demander les étages supérieurs ….

Chère Hélène, Nous vous remercions d‘avoir pris le temps de partager vos agréables impressions. Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez passé un agréable moment parmi nous. Nous sommes cependant sincèrement navrés du bruit et de la gêne occasionnée. L’immeuble date du début du 19e siècle ce qui lui donne un charme irréprochable. Toutefois, nous sommes conscients que nous n'atteindrons pas le maximum en insonorisation par rapport à une construction nouvelle bien que nous fassions notre maximum pour insonoriser au mieux nos chambres.... En espérant avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau très bientôt à l hôtel des deux avenues Bien cordialement,
