Sfeervolle plek, warme ontvangst door de hartelijke eigenaren. Vlak bij alle bezienswaardigheden en metro, supermarkt en bakker. Goed bed, goede douche en airbnb inrichting. Verrassend om mee te maken dat achter de deur van het gebouw aan de straat een klein oud straatje zit waar de stuio aan gelegen is.

Mooi appartement
Het was een zeer mooi appartement waar niks op aan te merken was. Het enige moeilijke was af en toe de taal barrière tussen Engels en Frans. Verder perfect!

Locatie perfect, eigenaar vriendelijk, woning zelf beetje muf maar wel heel rustig
Prima locatie, heerlijk rustig omdat het in straatje achter hoge herenhuizen ligt die de straatgeluiden tegenhouden. Woning zelf is beetje muffig en zou eigenlijk wel kleine makeover kunnen gebruiken. Ventilator douche werkt niet of niet voldoende waardoor allemaal beejte muf ruikt. Eigenares is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, nahe Metrostation; in knapp 15 Min. zu Fuß ist man am Place de la Bastille (Apotheke, Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, Bistros in der Nähe); in ca. 30 Min zu Fuß bei Notre Dame. - Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Kleine Küche, Bad ok, Betten ok, Sitzgelegenheit. Ausreichend für Städtetour.

Nice stay in Paris
The property is small but comfortable and very practical for a stay of several days in Paris. The Metro Station is very near as well as some supermarkets. This Part of the City is very nice and worth while to Explorer.

Studio très bien équipé. Commerces à proximité. 2 lignes de metro. Calme absolu car studio situé dans une cour fermée. Bibliothèque sortant de l'ordinaire avec de nombreux ouvrages sur l'architecture. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour.

Studio apartment in a wonderful neighborhood, in a beautiful building with a green courtyard. The apartment is small-a true studio-within what appears to be a larger house with a couple other rooms. It’s perfect for a trip where you’ll spend most of your time out of the house. Very communicative hosts who made check in and check out easy.

This appartment is near the metro station. One is Richard Lenoir the other is Saint-Ambroise. I wanted to cook, but the kitchen was a little small and there was no ventilation fan, so if you're not careful, you might set off a fire alarm, so be careful if you want to cook for yourself. The room is a little small. I think it would be nice to have a sofa. The bathroom is bright and clean. I didn't get to meet the owner, but she responded immediately to any requests or questions I had. I was able to stay with peace of mind. It was difficult to drag heavy suitcases up the cobblestone approach to the entrance. But it was a nice and comfortable room.

We'd stay here again in a heart beat. The property owner lives above and was very kind and available for assistance if needed. So clean and quiet yet close to 3 metro lines so everything in Paris is easy to get to. Backs onto the Marais area with many beautiful old streets to explore. The small kitchen has everything to prepare light meals which we often did. We purchased the decouverte navigo transit pass at the airport upon arrival and it was perfect for our week long stay. We saved lots of money with the pass and travelled far and wide and often with the Paris transit system! This property was like a little oasis following our busy days of exploring Paris.

Quaint room centrally located
The room was clean in a central location with easy access to trains, stores and restaurants. The host (Cathrine] was great. She provided maps and explanations on how to get to local attractions. She was very responsive and a great host. My only recommendation is to add a picture of the front door to the listing, this will make it easier to find the house. Highly recommended this place.

Cozy flat on a gorgeous path
My father and I spent 4 days in this flat in Paris as our home base for the city. It is located at the back of a lovely path near 3 metro stops that got us everywhere we wanted to go. Clean, well appointed, and easy to settle in quickly; I will stay here again next time I’m in Paris!!

Catherine helped our very jet lagged selves with check in. She let us know what supermarkets were near us. Nice boulangeries nearby that we went to repeatedly as well as Place de Vosges to sit and eat in. Train stations also close by.

Thank you Catherine and Serge, your apartment was just perfect for my few nights. It was quiet, which was unusual im sure for central Paris. All amenities were present, it was private and I didn’t lack for anything. It was close to the metro and just a short walk to Bastille, République and the Marais. Great communication too. The studio was comfortable to stay in. There was a mixup with our arrival that delayed our entry but the host was very apologetic and allowed us to wait in her own apartment. It’s very close to 2 metro stations and the Cafe Mericourt which had excellent coffee! Overall an enjoyable stay
