Le Jardin Du Marais is een klassiek ingericht appartement van 35 m² met 1 slaapkamer, geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Met zichtbare oude balken aan het plafond, hardhouten vloer en een stijlvolle inrichting, modern design vermengd met goud vergulde spiegels, Le Jardin Du Marais is een gastvrije respijt in de stad.
Gelegen vlak bij de Rue Du Temple, loop binnen enkele minuten naar het centrum van Parijs. Een korte wandeling naar Hotel De Ville, de rivier de Seine, de Centrale Eilanden, de kathedraal Notre-Dame en meer, u bevindt zich in het hart van alles.
Geniet van de lokale Rue De Bretagne op een steenworp afstand voor authentieke gastronomische winkels. Bakkerijen, kaaswinkels, slager, verse vis en zeevruchten, evenals lokale favoriete cafés en restaurants bevinden zich allemaal in deze buurt. Geniet van wat eten van de openluchtmarkt van Les Enfants Rouges. Of koop wat verse producten om thuis een maaltijd te bereiden.
De keuken is een genot voor de kok. Onlangs gerenoveerd en volledig uitgerust. Met een grote koelkast en vriezer (zeldzaam voor Parijs), veel toogruimte, een enorme "boer" -gootsteen, 4-pits convectiekachel, combi magnetron / grill, vaatwasser en wasmachine / droger combo. Wij bieden olijfolie, azijn, kruiden, koffie, thee, suiker en nog veel meer om u op weg te helpen.
BED:
De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed, voldoende kastruimte en een dressoir om uw spullen op te slaan.
De woonkamer is voorzien van een bank, een salontafel, een flatscreen-tv met internet-functie voor het controleren van e-mail en surfen op het internet, een dvd-speler, een telefoon en een enorme collectie Parijs-gidsen en dvd's voor uw plezier.
De bank in de woonkamer is ook een convertible tweepersoonsbed om twee extra gasten te verwelkomen. Voor beide bedden is beddengoed aanwezig.
BADKAMER:
Het appartement bevat een apart toilet met wastafel, en een badkamer met ligbad en douche, ijdelheid en grote mooie antieke spiegel. We bieden shampoo, zeep, föhn en handdoeken.
Met een klein atrium met planten, veel gasten waarderen deze rustige en vredige ambiance voor een rustig verblijf.

Chech-in great. Really nice staff. Very small and dark apartment. Toilet and shower facilities very tired - in need of upgrades. Comfortable bed. Ok value for money considering Paris prices.

We enjoyed having more space than hotel room, the bed comfortable, my negative was not having any view outside or sitting area outside. All windows are air shafts. The towels smelled of mildew and the toilet room could use air freshener. The kitchen nicely equipped with coffee, detergent for washer and dishwasher.

Stayed here (3 adults)-took my parents on their first trip to Paris! The apartment is in a great location-easily accessible by nearby metro stops. Property was accurately described. My parents took the bedroom, I used the pullout-which was comfortable for me as I am an average/smaller female. Pullout could work for 2 kids but probably would be too small for 2 adults especially if they are larger/taller. Would not hesitate to book again!

The appartment is as described and as show on pictures. It was clean and very comfortable for us and our grand-daughter. It is very well located, close to everything. We didn’t eat in the appartment but there was plenty good restaurants close by. Communication with hosts was extremelly fast and helpfull. We Even had access to the appartment 3hours ahead so we could test from our long flight. Thanks a lot for everything.

Rue des Gravilliers is an Excellent Parisian venue located in a great and interesting neighborhood with terrific restaurants (Datil is next door!) and with easy access to safe, clean, efficient public transit (bus, Metro, RER, etc.). When my stay here was unfortunately cut short by a burst pipe on a higher floor of the building housing the superb apt., the local Paris contacts (Cobblestone) did an absolutely impeccable and commendable job moving me promptly to another one of their great apts. in the same quarter of Paris. Their diligence and evident care made my Paris visit perfect!

Die Wohnung ist schön, allerdings ohne Tageslicht. Das kann man auf den Fotos leider nicht so gut sehen. Sie war einigermaßen sauber, ich jätte es mir aber noch etwas sauberer gewünscht. Nicht funktionierende (Warmwasser) wurde schnell repariert, dennoch wäre es auch hier schön, wenn alles direkt funktioniert. Die Spülmaschine mussten wir von Schmutz befreuen, def die Düsen verstopfte. Danach konnte man sie auch nutzen. Die Lage ist top, die Vermieterin ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This is a perfect Paris Experience. Our host was there to greet us and hand over the keys. It was a very personal experience and could reach the host if we needed any guidance. Other than our host, the agency that manages this property (Cobberstone), are super responsive and very through in their communication and detailing. Super Impressed with our host and the agency. We got a great offer with a wonderful bottle of wine, chocolates and tickets for a 1-Hour boat ride for the family. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need to make the stay comfortable. We are a family of 4 adults and this place suited us very well. Transport from here is very easy with multiple Metro stations connecting you to almost all parts of the city. There are lovely retail, grocery and coffee shops all around. (You have the world's cuisine to choose from here). Will come here again.

Very private & quiet on first floor. (Only one flight up.) Check in was easy. Housekeeper let us in as early as she could & was much appreciated! We had to be at graduation by 4. Roomy for Paris standards. Loved that the bathtub/shower was separate from the toilet. Only draw back was the tub was hard to get in and out of.

Stayed here during the Olympics. The apartment was easily accessible from the metro and is in a great area. The host was easy to contact. They even made special arrangements for 2 additional tickets for a boat ride on the Seine. Got us some welcome gifts. They even took care of our special requests to have two portable fans for days that were extremely hot. The location of the apartment is just unbeatable with so much to do in Le Marais! Such a vibrant neighborhood.

Location is perfect for getting around whole city, lovely neighborhood. There is no natural light in apartment, but if you're coming for a cite seeing, this is not something which is problem, either way you will be outside and location is really fantastic. Host is very polite and welcoming. Recommended for couples and families, up to 4 people.

The apartment was lovely, cozy and relaxing. In the morning, we enjoyed the wafting smells of the restaurant downstairs. The neighborhood was great, walking distance from everything. Nadia was super welcoming, she met us down the street and helped us find our way, and was available to answer any questions that came up. Can't wait to return to our little place in Paris! 👨‍🎨

The place is exactly as shown. Communication with host was easy. quick and helpful. Location is perfect, very close to the subway. Market, cafe and restaurant on a short walking distance. The only thing that you have to know is that there is a restaurant under the apartment and when it closes around 11 pm, you can here when they clean. But afterall, we recommand the place, we were very satisfied. Safe place.

While the hosts were very accommodating and responsive, the apt is not as it appears. What looks like a view out to a natural atrium above the couch is, in fact, a plastic trellis and tired plastic flowers in an air shaft. This apartment has no natural light, as all of the windows look out to air shafts, and therefore the apartment is not bright. The location is good and the apartment is well-supplied with utensils,etc. for cooking. The coffee maker is electric…no press pot.

I have rented several apartments through VRBO and this was by far one of my best experiences. First off, the owner/manager of the property could not have been more responsive or professional, from our very first communication. And the apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and in a perfect location. It’s on a quiet street within minutes of major streets and metro(s) to go anywhere you’d want to go. I walked everywhere. Will try and stay here again next time I’m in Paris.
