Ligging is gunstig: 5 minuten lopen naar de metro, veel restaurantjes in de buurt en een goede supermarkt onderin het gebouw. Aardige mensen bij de receptie

Het is een ruim en licht appartement. De eerste ochtend was er niet voldoende warm water om te douchen, dat was een minpuntje. Dit was gedurende dag weer verholpen. De supermarkt onder het appartement en bakker aan de overkant van de straat is heel fijn! De metro is ook erg dichtbij net als de parkeergarage. Wij gaan hier zeker nog een keer naar toe!!

When you first arrive, be careful to double check the address as it's a very small building and easy to overlook. This is NOT a hotel, this is a key fact the door staff will be sure to remind you as they list all the shortcomings. Also, keep your flip flops on in the unit as although it was a very tiny space, it doesn't feel like much effort is made to keep it clean beyond the quick once over and it felt very grimy. The safe didn't work and according to the clerk, we had no reason to complain as the unit was safe in his judgement, and we are "lucky" to be in this part of Paris. Also, don't expect clean towels or linen as "this is NOT a hotel, it's an apartment" and they also expect you to clean the dishes and throw out the trash when you leave or they'll keep your $200 security deposit. Not recommended at all.

The property was very nice and several bakeries and super market close by. The check-in was at 3 pm and was told check out was at noon. The property was clean, except for the bathroom. The vent was very dusty and the shower head was very callused by hard water. At 1150 am, we (family of 6 with two rooms) were rushed out by the hotel staff stating its noon and check out is now. She apologizes when we went down to check out and that she needed one of us to go over the room to make sure we got our security deposit back. While i was in the elevator with her, another customer handed her the keys and left (they sounded French). She did not inspect their rooms. I did find this strange and unfair. All in all, the stay was fairly nice and convenient. Minus one star for the negative experiences mentioned above.

C’est compliqué
Bon accueil mais la satisfaction est entachée par: Une odeur de produit d’entretien, Un lit canapé très difficile à déplier, Lit canapé offrant un mauvais couchage car la partie où repose la tête était cassée (sans doute en relation avec la difficulté à le déplier), Chambre côté rue donc très bruyante Très peu de pression pour prendre sa douche la colonne douche cassée ne donnait qu’un filet d’eau chaude sans pression, Dommage car chambre spacieuse, moderne et bien placée en prix pour une famille. Les grands groupes hôteliers ont du mal à maintenir un niveau de qualité top dans leurs hôtels car trop peu de civisme des clients et trop peu d’entretien de la part des enseignes. Un mauvais cocktail pour la plupart des clients corrects.

Fin lejlighed med god beliggenhed
Dejlig lejlighed i fine omgivelser med supermarked og bager lige ved siden af og tæt til metro med direkte linje til Champs-Élysées. God plads til 5 personer. Stort lækkert badeværelse og gode soveværelser med fine senge, dog lidt hårde. Der kunne godt have været et spejl på værelserne eller bare et i gangen, når man er 5, der skal bruge badeværelset. Vi manglede også knager til overtøjet. Men det er kun små mangler :-)

lovely long weekend at Les Apartments Paris Clichy
We were made to feel very welcome at Les Apartments Clichy. The apartment was ideal for the 6 of us, modern clean, well equipped and with a lovely balcony looking out over the town square. Centrally located in Clichy it is also ideally situated for taking in the local area - shops, cafes, restaurants etc.. all being within a stones throw. Clichy in general is a nice area from which we used as a base to visit Paris over a long weekend. We used our car to get around but the metro is also very close. Noteable was the exceptional customer service of the staff at reception who were incredibly genial and genuinely cared that we had a nice stay. Would highly recommend a stay here and am sure that we will be back next time that we visit Paris !

Nice Place, but the Line 13 Metro is a nightmare
The apartment met expectations. It has an elevator. Shopping (Grocery, Bread and Pastries) are just out the front door. The bad part is the closest metro stop is line 13. Almost impossible and dangerous to get on the trains at peak times. Search Line 13 on the internet and it is the pain of Parisians. So we had to take Uber, and theft and pick pocketing is way up in Paris and line 13 and especially the Clichy stops are very bad. Got one of our Iphones stolen, they tried to make off with the whole purse. It was while being crushed into the train car, and I mean crushed, you can have no sense of your belongs when you are being pushed and crushed on all sides. It would have been a lot more pleasant stay without the Line 13 metro problems. I like the neighborhood, the people, and the apartment.

Das Appartement hat eine perfekte Lage, es liegt sehr ruhig aber dennoch zentral. Wir hatten ein Maisonette Appartement und es war von der Größe und Ausstattung Perfekt. Sauber und hell, von der Terrasse aus hat man sogar den Eiffelturm gesehen. Bei Ankunft wurden wir ebenfalls gut begrüßt und der Check in war reibungslos also alles war TOP!

Boa estadia em Clichy
O imóvel é bem localizado, ao lado de um supermercado, a duas quadras de estação de metrô, próximo a restaurantes. O apartamento é confortável e oferece boas acomodações. As instruções foram precisas e o pessoal da recepção atencioso. Contudo faltam utensílios e equipamentos na cozinha.

チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の数時間、スーツケースをバックヤードで預かってもらえて助かった。滞在中、支給されていたトイレットペーパーがなくなったので、追加を貰えるよう頼んだら快く渡してもらえたのも有り難かった。 ソファーベッドなので仕方ないが、フラットにならず少し凸凹として、人によっては体が休まりにくいかもしれない。 部屋は綺麗で、子供達もくつろいでいた。

Le parking assez loin sinon l’appartement est bien, la petite terrasse bien équipée est plaisante. Lit confortable et spacieux. Wifi nickel. Et il y a toujours quelqu’un de disponible si besoin.

Great apartment for families as we had children with us. Very clean and close to most of the attractions in Paris. The supermarket next door and McDonalds which is 2 mins walk away were fantastic! A minute walk to the bus stop and 3 minutes walk to the train station links to all major attractions. Staff were always available to answer questions. Will definitely visit again! A smart TV would have been PERFECT.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist unschlagbar. Werden immer wieder auf les Appartements zurückkommen.

The apartment is in good shape with working Wi-fi, close to the metro and with a grocery store right next door. The staff were accommodating to all our requests. My only issue is the shower. The door opens inward which makes it difficult to enter and then close the door. The shower also doesn't drain well and leaks onto the bathroom floor. Great place for a family stay other than the shower issues
