This hotel is absolutely perfect. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome. I was always greeted with a smile. When I had a craving for fondue, Sophie even called a restaurant to make a reservation for me. The room is very nice and the bed was super comfortable. There was even a table and chair. I could walk everywhere I wanted to go in about 20 minutes. I did take a taxi back to the train station as I bought too much. A huge thanks to Sakur, Laetitia, Sophie, and Solange! You made my visit to Paris special. I'm looking forward to coming back.

What a great place to stay. It has exceeded my expectations from a 3 stars hotel. Comfortable bedding friendly and helpful staffs and super convenient location. Very affordable and the towel warmer is a nice touch!

Great location!
Great location! Near a subway line to city attractions but the line you take to the airport was about a 20 min walk away. The room was great. We stayed in the triple because it was one of the few rooms I could find at any hotel that actually had two completely separate beds. It was clean and the bathroom was larger than expected. The pictures are very accurate to what the room and hotel look like in real life. The staff were very nice and attentive, and there's lot of free bottled water. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would stay here again!

The staff was amazing!! I went to Paris by myself to attend my friend's wedding. I needed help getting ready. Laeticia helped me zip up my dress and did my hair! She was on break when she did this. She was so helpful and did an incredible job!! Sophie greeted me outside as I was lost when I first arrived. She was very helpful and gave me directions on where to go every morning. Shakir was also amazing and helped me with a international adapter, a wine key, ice, water...and great service. All around a great experience. I highly recommend Axel Opera as I felt safe and at home. I feel like the staff became my friends. Thank you so much all of you!! Merci!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maison Axel Opera. The standard room is fairly large by Parisian standards. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was nice and cold during a summer heatwave! We had a really early flight and the front desk was very helpful in booking us a taxi for 4:30 in the morning. The neighborhood is really busy and bumping but that means there’s some great food options and stuff to do nearby. Book with confidence!

A very conveniently located boutique hotel that has plenty around it (shops, dining options and a 1 min walk to Grand Boulevard station)! I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and can confirm that the rooms look to be newly renovated and are decorated in a charming way. As with most hotels in Paris, the room was on the smaller side but it was adequate for two people with a medium suitcase each. There is also a lift but it is very small (I.e. It fits 3 people max, but realistically, only fits 1 person their suitcase at a time), no mini fridge and also no toiletries provided beyond one refillable bottle installed in the bathroom that is a multi-purpose shower gel and shampoo/conditioner in one. During my two day stay here, the fire alarm also went off twice. Once was during the morning at around 8am which was fine because I was awake but the other time was 2.30am which woke me up (and presumably all other occupants) and was very disruptive in the middle of the night. Despite this, this hotel was still an overall better stay than the other two hotels I stayed in while in Paris (in terms of staff professionalism, safety and security, location and condition of room) and I would book with them again.

The hotel has recently been updated but the rooms are quite small . The elevator in the hotel has enough room for one person and a bag. Breakfast has a fair amount of choices. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to many restaurants, stores and the metro.

It was hard to tell how spacious the room is based on the metric information and photos provided when I was making a reservation. Thus when we checked in, we realized that our room was too small for two of us. Very fortunately, Sophie, the hotel supervisor, was nice enough to accommodate our request and switched our room to a bigger one, which was much more comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Great stay at Maison Axel Opera, the staff was so helpful in receiving our luggage that came late. The room was comfortable and the A/C worked great. Area was clean, breakfast good, and the area was central to metros. Thanks so much!
