Onze flat is echt goed gepositioneerd in de oude en de centrale Montmartre op 10 minuten van de Sacre Coeur, kunt u alles te bezoeken door te lopen! Ook het grootste voordeel is dat het zo rustig en gezellig dat je zou willen blijven, meer! :)
Gelegen in een prachtig typisch Parijs gebouw, allemaal nieuw en gerenoveerd, ingericht en gemeubileerd door een interieur ontwerper met een moderne en elegante touch. Volledig ingerichte, keuken, koelkast, wasmachine, droger, magnetron, handdoeken, lakens, douche, televisie, wifi ... Het appartement heeft 2 slaapkamer met 2 queen size bed, in een kamer is er Reviews ander bed voor een persoon.
In de woonkamer kunt u ontspannen in onze comfortabele bank die uitkomt in een bed voor twee personen. Het beddengoed is gemaakt van een matras van zeer goede kwaliteit.
Kasten en afspraken over, zodat u kunt beter te organiseren en gemakkelijk vinden wat u nodig hebt dat je tijdens feestdagen.

Dit charmante appartement is-is zeer goed ingericht in een eigentijdse manier, zal u een prachtig gevoel van ruimte te hebben en vindt u alles wat u nodig heeft tijdens uw verblijf: moderne faciliteiten, volledig accessorized, zeer goede bedden, nieuwe badkamer, eettafel voor 6 personen, allen gelegen in een rustig gebouw, geen verkeerslawaai, allemaal licht, zeer goed gelegen in het centrum van Parijs.
Goed gepositioneerd in het centrum is de wijk Montmartre, op 10 minuten van Sacre Coeur.

Fantastisch ervaring om parijs te zien

Alles was goed verzocht. Het appartement ligt in een gezellige buurt en op loop afstand van Place du Tetre en 2 metro stations. Er zit een bakkerij en een restaurant op de hoek.

This suite has the best location!! So much to do and see nearby, coffee just out the door. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were a group of five, so while this flat can accommodate six people, it would feel a bit cozy.There was only one bathroom, so with many people, we had to plan (so we didn't run out of hot water), but after the first day, we figured it out. I would absolutely book this flat again.

The host met us when we arrived and showed us how to an access the property. The location was great- very close to the Paris subway- it is located in a very vibrant neighborhood with many shops, cafes and restaurants. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was also very quiet, and safe

Severine y Vincen nos han ayudado con la llegada y la salida. La calle Condorcet está en un barrio muy agradable, cerca de Montmartre, Lafayette, Ópera ..,La calle Martyrs animada, con cafés, restaurantes, tiendas de todo tipo de alimentos de la gran comida francesa. Creo que si tengo ocasión volveremos pxmo año.

Great place, was conveniently located to access all of what Paris had to offer within walking distance. Sacre Coeur & Montmartre is only 7-10 min walk. Very close to the metro (if you're up for it) Kitchen was functional and easy to maintain but we did have issues with the shower tray over flowing so please be advised. Only added bonus would’ve been during summer I wish the pace had air conditioning as it gets very hot but there were fans to help. Also no dryer but there is a clothes rack. Beds are comfortable and it’s in a quiet location.Everything was well stoked and made living an ease.

Very good

Our check-in was a bit delayed, resulting in about a half hour wait on the sidewalk, but once the person arrived, check-in was quick and easy. We would have liked to watch a bit of TV in the evening, but the TV was not easy to use, which was a very minor issue. We appreciated the two fans during the hot weather; a third fan for the other bedroom would have been helpful as well. We used the optional driver service; it was on time and worked well for our arrival but was late and required lots of follow-up for our departure. For showering, the hot water tank was good for one shower and then required some time to get ready for the next shower. We really enjoyed the Montmartre area. It was just a few minutes walk to Sacre Coeur and the surrounding area. Lots of boulangeries and cafés in the area. The building was shady and cool with minimal street noise, although it was quite creaky when the wind picked up. Overall, a very good stay.

Terrific non touristy spot good for families

This flat is in a great area of Paris - authentic neighborhood with nice shops, close to metro and walkable to Montmartre. I would stay in this area again. The flat is a good size for a family of four - we managed to squeeze in a fifth on couch in main room. Simple but functional kitchen. Great to have dishwasher and washing machine. A couple of notes: there is no AC so for hot weather this is a consideration. We only had 2 fans for three rooms. Also, some aspects of the flat needed maintenance and updating - newer pillows, kitchen faucet fixed, more glasses, drainer for plates, lamp bulbs ( lamps were flickering). Wifi worked well. Simple check in.

Great location, great host

Vincent, the apartment owner, was great to work with. His communication was excellent, he answered questions quickly and accurately. We were able to leave our luggage at the flat while we explored the neighborhood. The flat was perfect for our family of 5. We arrived at the Gare Du Nord train station and walked around 15 minutes to the apartment. Our girls had one room, or son slept on the sofa couch and myself and my wife had our own room. The neighborhood was terrific. There are many small shops, corner bistros and cafes, small grocers and restaurants. There is a metro station around 10 minutes away and the Sacre Coeur is only around a 15 minute walk away. If you are looking for a clean small flat to use as your home base while in Paris, I highly recommend Vincent as your host!

Had a great stay, very close to the Basilica of Sacré Cœur, the Moulin Rouge, and the staircase from John Wick 4. Also right down the street from the excellent and very popular Mamiche bakery, get there early the line gets long. The hosts Vincent and Séverine were very friendly and communicative, the apartment was clean and as we expected. We had an all around great stay!

A friend and I very much enjoyed our stay in this pleasant 2 bedroom apartment. As others have said, the arranged drivers made arriving and leaving stress free. We enjoyed exploring the area and it is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We recommend a stay in this nice apartment.

Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, sauber, ruhige Lage in Hinterhof, Montmartre und Bäckereien, Cafés, Restaurants, kl. Supermärkte etc. direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind etwas kleiner als man denkt. Für fünfköpfige Familie mit drei Kindern prima geeignet.

Nice Spring Week getaway

Vincent was a great communicator. Very flexible as he allowed us to drop off bags earlier before check in. This was huge as we arrived at 8am and check in was at 4:00 pm. He also provided a driver to pickup and take us to airport. The apartment is in a great location. Felt very safe in the area and close (10 min walk) to Metro line 7. Building is old (Built in 1880s) but had no issue with plumbing or heat. The unit itself has been renovated and was perfect size for the three of us as bathroom and kitchen are small. Noise does travel through the building from other units. There is no street noise. Bring earplugs if you like to sleep with an open window.The unit had most of what we needed, however the pillows were a bit flat and towels are are bit worn. The cleaning crew watered down the soap to wash dishes and in bathroom pump. There was only one dish towel too. We worked around these challenges and made the most of the situación by buying dishwashing soap. We used our travel pillows to prop up the sleeping pillows. But everything else was in working condition and clean which contributed to a great stay. I would recommend this unit!
