The Space:

Welcome to this superb apartment located in the heart of the Marais! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to five travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a single sofa bed, storage space, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• Independent toilets.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in must-see addresses like Café Saint-Régis, Café Charlot, or La Petite Venise, and lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Les Philosophes or Chez Marianne, ideal for an authentic culinary experience. From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Take the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse until Châtelet-Les Halles.

Transfer to Metro Line 1 towards Château de Vincennes.

Alight at Saint-Paul or Hôtel de Ville, depending on your preference. Our apartment is a short walk from both stations.



From Orly Airport (ORY)

Board the Orlyval light train to the Antony station.

Transfer to RER B train towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle until Châtelet-Les Halles.

Switch to Metro Line 1 towards Château de Vincennes.

Get off at either Saint-Paul or Hôtel de Ville stations.



From Train Stations

From Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est:

Board Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge.

Transfer at Châtelet to Line 1 towards Château de Vincennes.

Disembark at Saint-Paul or Hôtel de Ville.



From Gare de Lyon

Hop onto Metro Line 1 towards La Défense.

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
