* The apartment has two shower rooms, each with a shower and a washbasin, but only one toilet, which is separate, small and without ventilation. With four or six guests, you need to organise yourselves, especially in the morning. The shower rooms are also poorly ventilated.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, and especially during heatwaves, it can get very hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
