Our apartement was very spacious, clean and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay. The only slight issue was a slight smell of the drains when in the reception area.

We have diffusers throughout the establishment which are activated a few times a day. We apologize for the inconvenience but look forward to welcoming you back.

A lot of the staff was very rude and didn’t not speak any English. Looked at you like you were irritating them when u asked a question.

A nice, clean property with friendly staff able to also speak English. We had a car and found this hotel to be a to 40 min drive from the Eiffel Tower. It has a safe keycoded underground parking area.

Grande surpresa
Bem localizado com supermercados, restaurantes, feiras tudo bem perto. Acomodações excelentes. Estacionamento. O transporte é bem fácil para todos os lugares. Tem ônibus na porta para levar à estação do RER (que também é perto). Lugar muito agradável. Gostei muito da estadia no Tulip Residences. Fiquei 13 dias. Voltaria sem dúvida nenhuma.

Séjour Tulipes Joinville
Pour la première fois on a utilisé la citchenette . Appareil Nespresso top, mais juste une tasse et juste pour une fois du sucre. Pour le thé il n’y a pas. Un couteau au lieu de deux. La parti congèle du frigo cassé alors plein de glace. Des petites choses qu’on a dit à la réception. Pour la reste c’était bon. On retourne.

Rooms are not often cleaned, bedsheet are used for days w/o changing. There are no phones in the rooms to contact staff for help . Staff at counter are not helpful and are disgruntled when asked questions.

Fatal, el servicio de limpieza es pesimo
En las 10 noches que estuve hospedado aqui JAMAS, si Jamas hicieron la limpieza. Bajé a quejarme de que no hacian la limpieza y me dijeron que solo hacian la limpieza general los lunes y viernes. Y que los otros dias solo cambiaban toallas, sacaban la basura y ponian papel. Cosa que solo cambiaban las toallas y para el papel habia que bajar a recepcion porque tampoco dejaban. Y los dias lunes y viernes tampoco hicieron el aseo, por lo que tambien procedi a quejarme en recepcion y el chico de la recepcion me aseguró que si lo habian echo cosa que jamas pasó ya que seguia igual de sucio que los demas dias. Por si buscan un "hospedaje que por lo menos esté limpio" no lo recomiendo.

Hola Sr. Omar Gracias por tomarse el tiempo de compartir su opinión, aunque no entienda el sentido de la misma. Hemos tomado nota de su petición de una limpieza completa de su habitación después de su primera noche. Así lo hizo nuestro equipo, mientras que normalmente, al tratarse de una residencia, la limpieza completa de la habitación sólo se hace después de la cuarta noche. Sin embargo, cuando nuestros equipos fueron a su alojamiento al día siguiente para simplemente cambiar las toallas usadas y vaciar los cubos de basura, se sorprendieron al descubrir que usted había hecho bolas sus sábanas en el cuarto de baño, con las toallas mojadas... como resultado, su habitación tuvo que ser completamente rehecha una segunda vez. Habría apreciado un poco más de honestidad en su comentario, ya que no refleja la profesionalidad y disponibilidad mostrada por mi equipo.

Only the receptionists were nice and friendly. However housekeeping services were really poor, never cleaned the room, didn't take the bin away. No phone service from room, no secure locker, lift is open for everyone without any security means any strangers can get access to the property without authorisation. Room was same as it was advertised....not really happy with the overall experience

Fint og moderne hotell. Vi var familie med to voksne og to barn og hadde et rom med dobbeltseng, sovesofa og lite kjøkken. Det fungerte veldig bra. Bra klimaanlegg. Mange gode bakerier og butikker rett ved som vi kjøpte frokost fra. Ca 700 m til togstasjon Joinville le pont som tar deg komfortabelt inn til Paris sentrum på kort tid. Trygg og praktisk parkering i parkeringsgarasje rett under hotellet som kostet 10 euro per natt.

Un séjour très agréable, chambre, très propre, j’ai réservé une chambre avec deux petit déjeuner que j’ai réglais à la réservation. en arrivant à l’hôtel, je me rends compte qu’il est impossible de prendre les deux petit déjeuner. Le matin je demande un avoir ou un remboursement. Cela m’a été refusé par un monsieur qui était très content de lui voilà ma petite expérience .
