Visit the Park City Historical Museum to learn how this humble mining town transformed into an international vacation spot.

Park City is also now a “three resort” town with the addition of Woodward Park City. Open year-round, Woodward is an impressive action sports destination and training facility. Highlights include 60 acres of sports and mountain parks, lift-accessed snowboarding, skiing, and mountain biking, as well as skateboarding and MBX facilities. Park City Skiing

It's old and needs a face lift. Dishwasher did not work. Bathroom sink was clogged and water did not drain. We had to use kitchen sink to shave and brush teeth!! While the property manager, Vacasa, did respond via text no one showed up to fix either issue. Bedroom closet doors are hard to slide and this is very little room to store close because all the cleaning equipment and owner's personal items are stored there. I would not recommend this apartment.

Small Clean Condo

The Condo is in a great location - convenient to Park City Mountain Resort and a block to the bus stop to pick up a route to Deer Valley. Across the street was Cole Sports which was handy for ski/snowboard rental. The Condo was clean and tidy, and up to date with decor. The only con was in the bedroom the king bed took up most of the floorspace (and there was limited closet space) so we had to put our luggage in the living room.

Upon arrival condo was cute and cozy, unfortunately found the sink was clogged in bathroom and closet doors off tracks, crumbs on living room floor near sofa. As a vacation rental owner myself, I found it disappointing that the unit poorly stocked with limited basic necessities. No sponge to wash dishes, no coffee filters, no tissues or napkins, no salt and pepper. Wood fireplace with no wood supplied. These items are pretty standard these days. The management company was responsive in regards to closet and sink. As far as the building goes, there was a lot of noise. Slamming doors, drunk, loud neighbors coming in and out of unit next door at 1 am in the morning. The location was close to the base of the mountain so that part was good. Hot tub was nice too.

Quick but perfect trip

The only thing I wish would have been different was if the property manager could have brought more snow. Honestly, it was clean, cute, easy to access the room, town, hot tub and perfect location relative to the resort!

Solid location for ski trip; Clean apartment for 2-3 guests max

Perfect location with bus stop right in front of property to get to PC mountain base or head further out to Deer Valley on free transportation system. Supermarket and ski rental places on walking distance; PC town only 5min drive or 15min walk. Apartment size accommodates a couple or two friends perfectly (King bed in separate bedroom). Another couple or friends on pull out sofa in living room would be tight. Large TVs and fully equipped kitchen (note: no condiments made available by property manager or left behind by previous guests). Ground floor, so hardly any view outside. Nice heated pool and hot tub few steps away for general use of Condominium guests. Throws and pillows on sofa could use a wash/refresher. Otherwise all looks pretty new and well-kept.

Park City ski vacation

I booked this rental as a fairly last minute ski vacation for myself, my husband and our 9yr old son. From the moment we booked the management company could not have been more helpful and more responsive. Their service level was excellent. I was somewhat leery renting a place without any reviews, but the price was hard to beat and the pictures looked very nice. We could not have been more pleased with our decision. The condo was very well equipped and the starter packs of soap, towels were perfect. The bedding and linens were exceptional (to make a sofa bed comfortable is nothing short of a miracle in my opinion!). The condo itself is not very big and had limited storage space for a family of 3 with ski equipment, but it was simple enough to make due. We made great use of the fireplace, especially since our son unfortunately got sick while we were there so we spent more time inside the apartment than expected. When we decided to extend by a day so everyone could recover it could it have been an easier process. The location of the condo was ideal. There was a convenient shuttle across the street and a simple walk home from the mountain at the end of the day. The proximity to a grocery store, liquor store were easily walkable, and Main Street was a simple Uber ride. I am happy to be the first reviewer for this property and look forward to coming back again one day.

Great, but sleeps 2 comfortably, not 4.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Booked as family of 4, no sheets provided for uncomfortable sleeper sofa. Love the humidifier. Easier to walk to lift than to drive.
