Geniet van dit geweldige aangepaste luxe huis met 4 slaapkamers, gelegen twee blokken boven Main Street en op loopafstand van skipistes en de stad lift op Park City Mountain! Gelegen op de berg met een prachtig uitzicht, design meubels, een gastronomische keuken en een grote kamer en niet te vergeten de stenen terras met prive-outdoor spa! Twee minuten voor geweldige restaurants, winkels, Deer Valley en The Canyons.

Dit 2.500 vierkante voet naar huis heeft een grote mooie kwarts vermelding manier met aangepaste freeswerk en ingebouwde-ins voor al je spullen! Een kathedraal plafond bibliotheek opent naar groot terras met uitzicht op het centrum van Park City. Slaapbank, complete badkamer en een berg decor vervolledigen dit prachtige, prive-retraite gebied.

Een kunstenaar ontworpen trap leidt u naar de grote zaal met een prachtige stenen open haard, ingebouwde entertainment center en state of the art gastronomische keuken met marmeren toonbanken. Dineren voor 8 en het eiland zitplaatsen ook! Deze verdieping heeft ook een queensize hoofdslaapkamer met kalksteenbad en een log ingericht stapelbed kamer.

ZOMERVERHUUR Let op: dit huis heeft, net als 95 +% van de woningen in Park City, geen centrale airconditioning. Het heeft echter twee draagbare AC-eenheden die momenteel op de bovenverdieping en in de keuken / eetkamer zijn opgesteld. Er is bijna nooit een behoefte aan AC, maar in de afgelopen paar jaar zijn er in juli ongeveer 10 verspreide dagen geweest, waar het een erg leuke functie is om te hebben. De draagbare AC-units doen fantastisch werk, maar schakel nooit over naar de 'ac'-modus op de hoofdthermostaten.

Great location to Park City Main St.

We’ll appointed house just 2 blocks from all the action. Great upper floor deck looking over the city, nice kitchen with high end appliances and nice sized bedrooms to spread out in. Primary suite is huge with sofa, fireplace and table to enjoy some solitude. Nice bbq and hot tub on ground floor were both enjoyable to have.

Best VRBO ever!!

We have stayed at several rental properties over the years, and this had to be one of the nicest. Such a beautiful property conveniently located to downtown Park City. Nearby hiking, restaurants, and shopping were great. I can only imagine staying here in the winter for a ski family would be top notch. The property manager was so helpful and easily reached with any questions. You can’t miss with this one!

The location of this home is by perfect. Take the stairway to downy street. The 3 floors provided perfect space to accommodate privacy for the family dynamics. The host was so attentive snd very sweet. Beautiful home.

Wonderful home and location

Very pretty house with multi-levels. The house and location are ideal particularly for younger folk. The altitude and the number of stairs to get to downtown is slightly daunting for those of house in our 70's. The kids never noticed and waited patiently for the "old" people.

Stayed Feb 2nd - Feb 6th Group friends of 5 from NYC. 5 Minute walk to ski trail. 5 min walk to town. House had everything as described. Patti the host was great as well. Was able to provide us with contact information for airport transfers. Answered all questions with rapid response. House has 4 Bedrooms with an upside down layout (front door is on top level…Master bedroom on bottom level) 3 levels total. Master bedroom has a King and a pull out. A fireplace a huge closet and a huge bathroom ( which was a memory foam mattress, very comfortable). The next level up has 2 other bedrooms connected by a bathroom. One queen bed in one room and a full/ twin bunk in the other. The kitchen / main fireplace is also on this level. Couch is for 3 and is a pull out ( can use a lazy boy or another comfy chair). Kitchen had a great stove which was perfect for breakfast.. . The next level has another pull out sofa in a seperate bedroom with a bathroom in hallway. Bottom level off the master bedroom is the outdoor hot-tub which was great… Such an easy trip with ski storage street level in garage. Eat breakfast, walk upstairs and gear up. 5 min walk to trail which takes you to town lift. Highly recommend ordering groceries from Instacart.. Great house /Trip highly recommended

Family ski vacation

This was our first time in Park City and we had 7 people staying at the house. My husband and all 4 adult sons and my son’s fiancé. The house was the perfect size and we loved having the hot tub to relax in after skiing all day! The house was so close to Main Street. You just walked down a huge flight of steps and you were right there with lots of shops and restaurants and art galleries.

This home is a short walk to downtown. The home was the perfect layout for 2 families. We had everything we needed to cook a family meal in the kitchen and enjoyed the hot tub nightly. We would go back and stay here again.

Wonderful location

My husband and I had a great end of the ski season experience at this house. Patti the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We loved the location of the home. Walking distance to restaurants on Main St. Great hiking trails close by for exercising our dog.

A beautiful house with all the comforts of home.

Wow my family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very clean home. Each bathroom is beautifully decorated and updated. My husband and I had 6 young adults with us, everyone showered after skiing and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Having the two fireplaces were really nice. The sound system was amazing as we played music most of the time we were in the house. Getting to town is so easy- two sets of stairs right by the house. We ate in town at least once a day. And yes coming home is a little more difficult but nothing a rest half way up and a few good breaths can’t fix. The house is very close to the town lift. (About 3 city blocks long - down hill) You can also get to the Quit n Time trail if you go up the stairs to the left of the house but I have to admit we did take the lazy way out and drove all the skis and skier down to the town lift and the driver left their ski boot and skis and returned the car to the house and ran back down. It was so easy. We did the same on our return trip home. It was just too hot to trudge up that hill with ski boots and skis. (We had 75 degree weather) The hot tub was just perfect after a day of skiing and even after dinner. Patti is a great host and has set up the house to be comfortable and truly a home away from home. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone. Christine

Great Ski Friendly House in the Heart of Park City

Our family of four had an amazing stay at this great house. We enjoyed the hot tub, views of Park City and the nice kitchen. I read a lot of reviews before we went and I can once and for all set the record straight on the ski access. To get to the town lift, all you have to do is walk 125ish yards down the road to a set of stairs that gets you to a ski trail that is a minute from the lift. You can do the same on the way home. Very easy to do. I guess there is a chance that the trail would not be open if the snow condition are horrible, but that was not the case for us. Book this place and enjoy!
