Dit ski-in / ski-out herenhuis ligt in de Silver Star-gemeenschap van Park City, op ongeveer 60 meter van de Silver Star-skipiste! Gebouwd in 2008, deze 2.600 vierkante voet 3 verdiepingen tellende vakantiewoning is een grote hoek-einde eenheid gelegen in het hoofdniveau van de gemeenschap, grenzend aan de Silver Star stoeltjeslift en hun ski-dorp met vijf-sterren voorzieningen. Silver Star is een van de weinige ski-in / ski-out-gemeenschappen in Park City en biedt een geweldige ski- en après-skidorp-ervaring voor gasten. Privéskluisjes, gratis Silver Star-pendeldienst in de stad, verwarmde zwembaden, bubbelbaden, fitnesscentrum, geweldige restaurants en skiwinkels plus de aangrenzende Silver Star-skipiste en Silver Star-stoel allemaal voor de deur!

Dit prachtige appartement beschikt over 4 master bedroom suites met 4 volledige badkamers, plus een half bad, en slapen tot 13 gasten. Het bovenste niveau heeft 2 grote master bedroom suites. De achterste slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een eigen terras, 40 "tv met directe tv en een grote badkamer met bubbelbad, stenen douche en dubbele wastafels. De voorste slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, 32 "TV w / Direct TV, en een complete badkamer met stenen douche / bad.

Het hoogste niveau heeft een woonkamer met 55-inch tv met rechtstreekse tv / dvd / iPod-dock en veel gezellige stoelen rond de gashaard. Direct grenzend is er een gastronomische display-keuken met Viking-apparaten, 4 bar stoelen en 8-persoons eettafel. Uit de woonkamer is er een eigen terras met een gas grill en zitplaatsen buiten. Al deze kamers en dekken hebben een fantastisch uitzicht op de golfbaan Park City en de omliggende bergen. De flat entry / foyer bevindt zich op dit niveau plus de 3e master bedroom suite in het achterste gedeelte. Deze master bedroom suite heeft een kingsize bed, 32-inch tv met directe tv en een eigen badkamer met stenen douche / bad.

Het lagere niveau heeft een familie / media kamer met 50 "TV w / Direct TV / Blue Ray DVD / surround sound, Playstation, een gashaard en gezellige zitplaatsen grenzend aan een eigen terras met 6-persoons hot tub met uitzicht op de golfbaan en bergen. Naast de familiekamer is er de 4e master bedroom suite met een volledig stapelbed, plus een eenpersoonsbed, een 32-inch tv met directe tv en een complete badkamer met stenen douche. Aan de achterkant van dit condo-niveau is er een grote wasruimte met full-size wasmachine / droger en de lagere ingang die leidt naar de verwarmde parkeergarage met 2 privéparkeerplaatsen. Er is een queensize slaapbank in de familiekamer, waardoor de maximale slaapcapaciteit maximaal 13 personen is.

De Silver Star-community biedt ter plaatse een clubhuis met hulp bij de receptie, een eigen Silver Star-shuttle, een verwarmd gemeenschappelijk zwembad, een grote jacuzzi en een fitnesscentrum. Ook op het terrein is het Silver Star Cafe onlangs te zien als een toprestaurant op Diners, Dives en Drive-in's. Stop en neem een hap na het skiën, of voor een kopje koffie voordat je de lift opgaat. Ter plaatse heeft u toegang tot een loket voor lifttickets, de Silver Star-stoeltjeslift en een ski- / snowboardverhuurwinkel.

Het is niet alleen een elite winterbestemming; het is net zo fantastisch in de zomer, ons onontdekte geheim! Tijdens de zomer bent u op slechts een steenworp afstand van de golfbaan van Park City, fietspaden, livemuziek en alle activiteiten in het Park City Mountain Resort. July 2022 Family Vacay

Great location. Nice biking trails for everyone including a paved pathway for the kiddos. We used the pool everyday. Well maintained pool. We did not use the hot tub at the house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The condo furniture and appliances seems at the end of life and could use an update (dining chairs loose and squeaky, the oven was on and hot when we arrived and the knob was broken to turn it off! We never felt safe to use the oven after that. Only the range top which worked fine.) The grill was used once and it was great. Mostly we were out during the day so did not spend much time in the condo. As an aside, there was construction nearby that was really noisy but we are early risers so didn’t bother us too much. Just something to consider with this rental if considering renting soon. Overall this rental fit our needs.

Pros: Took elevator and condo and walked 50' to lift it was perfect Ski rentals was incredibly easy and next to the lift (silver start rentals *I think), we got a discount from the rental agency for staying at the condos Property manager was extremely nice and accommodating of special requests. pool, fire pit, hot tub were all great!!! Cons: The lift next to the house requires you to be able to ski a blue to get home and get out. Only 1 restaurant in walking distance from the condo . Property Management couldn't communicate via text. (phone call required, but they always answer)

BIG ski-in/ski-out, lots of beds and space

The good: Exceptional location and amenities. Walk out the building to the foot of Silver Star lift. FREE community shuttle on demand via a private app was a super convenient way to get in and around town. Lots of space and big beds fit our group of 12 perfectly. Communal outdoor hot tub and heated pool one building over fit the whole group. The not great: This feels like a high volume rental. Furniture and appliances are worn. We were rationing bath towels and had to re-stock our own toilet paper and dish washer soap half way through the trip. Also, there is not a ski locker at the unit. You’ll have to keep your equipment at a locker up by the lift. On the whole, minor complaints, this was an AMAZING stay. Would recommend.

Silver Star 904

Our group of 9 ( 5 adults , 4 older teens) just returned from our stay at Silver Star condo. The Condo was very comfortable and well equipped, and the managers/ concierges were extremely responsive and helpful with details leading up to our arrival. The entire complex is a bit of a maze, so we weren’t really sure the exact location related to the amenities until we arrived. The pool / workout room is very close. The condo is 3 stories, with the lowest level accessing the indoor parking garage. And although the garage is a community garage for many units , it still was reasonably secure requiring codes to enter or use the elevator. The ski locker room isn’t quite as convenient, and is located just past the Silverstar cafe. The Silver Star lift is also very convenient, had it been running during our stay. Unfortunately, and this is not the Owners fault but rather Vail Resorts fault. Vail only opened the lift the day we were leaving. I won’t go into the excuses here. Had the lift been running, it would have been awesome. We were still able to ski in at the end of the day so that was nice. We ended up carrying skis down the road through the adjacent community (10 min each way) and dropping our skis just above the Eagle lift. We would then walk back , get dressed and head out in our ski gear. The community shuttle was easy to use and other than one pick up that took about 45 min, all the others took 2-3 min, so very convenient. We used the shuttle to go downtown several nights. Overall the place was nice, not new, but comfortable, and definitely a place we would stay again.

Great place and good location, unfortunately lift was closed this year

The place was clean and well appointed, a nice hottub and setup. Overall suited our needs well. The property managers were fast to respond to issues with the house. Only downside is that it appears the silverstar lift is closed so far this season, so it's not possible to ski in from the house.

All great except.......

The location is wonderful overlooking the golf course, Silver Start restaurant on the property, close pool access, underground parking, short walk from town and trails. What I wasn't happy with is that the property manager or owner did not inform us that there is major construction right across the street. We were all woke up every morning at 6:30am with loud construction noise. So much for waking up leisurely while on vacation. I would have appreciated a heads up so that we could have made a decision on whether or not the location was worth dealing with the early mornings of construction noise.

B grade and very expensive.

For the price, property interior needs a refresh. Kitchen could have been better stocked. The stools in the kitchen island didn't fit under the counter (they were barstools and the island needed counter stools). The ski locker was too far from the condo. Getting in and out of the property with one key and also constantly having to enter a code to use the elevator, etc. was a pain. The location was great and access to the lift with no lines was awesome. The heated underground parking was great too. Very expense considering the quality of the property and I am sure having rented over President's day weekend contributed to teh cost. I'd rent in this location again but not this property.

904 Silver Star

Our family of 5 adults and 1 German Shepherd loved the condo. We did a lot of our own cooking and found the grill and kitchen great, except for a few things. As a previous condo owner, I know how these problems happen. Toaster and steam kettle worn and not functioning properly. No scissors. We bought and left in the condo 1 cookie sheet and ice cream scoop. Also frying pans not in good shape. Had 2-3 hour power outage one evening and only 1 small candle found and 1 flashlight with no batteries. My son went to store and bought several large candles and 3 flashlights and batteries and left them in condo. I reported to maint. broken cord in MBR blind. We did leave some dog hair, but hopefully left it in as good condition we found it. Would love to come back.
