Locatie, locatie locatie! Als u op zoek bent naar de echte Park City-ervaring, is dit de plek voor u! Gelegen in het hart van Park City, is onze plek handig voor alles! Minder dan 1/2 mijl naar Park CIty Mountain Resort en op het GRATIS bussysteem, kun je snel overal in Park City komen! Supermarkt, Starbucks, bioscoop en veel andere winkels en eetgelegenheden liggen aan de overkant van de straat, dus u hebt echt geen auto nodig. Er is een overdekte carport verbonden aan ons appartement met een eigen oprit als u liever uw eigen vervoer heeft. De eerste verdieping heeft een zeer open indeling met open keuken naar woonkamer met gezellige open haard op gas. Er is een tweede woonruimte met een pooltafel waar iedereen van kan genieten. Er is ook een in-unit wasmachine en droger, eethoek en damestoilet op de eerste verdieping. Boven vindt u 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met een bubbelbad in de master. Master is oversized met 2 grote kasten en een kingsize bed en een balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een eenpersoonsbed. De derde slaapkamer heeft 3 eenpersoonsbedden. Keuken heeft granieten werkbladen en roestvrij apparaten. Condo bevat ook kabel en high speed internet. Condo complex heeft een clubhuis, een buitenzwembad en 2 grote bubbelbaden. Tennisbanen zijn alleen in de zomermaanden geopend. Dit is een geweldige locatie!

Felt Like Home!

Donna and her husband are just the best hosts! the place is very well cared for. Well stocked and all the things in there are picked and stocked like i would have at my own house. We had 3 adults and 4 kids - we all had an amazing time. Centrally located, cozy on the inside and convenient to every thing in Park City and Canyons!

Family ski trip

The home was perfect for our group. We rented another unit across the street for the other half of the family. This one had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and a cozy place to hang out at the end of a day of skiing. We appreciated the laundry machine. The proximity to the mountain was great, an easy walk. The owners were responsive.

We had a wonderful stay, Donna was incredibly communicative in sharing details and check in info ahead of time and checked in to make sure we were all set once we had arrived. The property itself is spacious with all the amenities you could need and with very comfortable beds in a fantastic location close to everything and right off the bus line in park city. I’ve stayed in other condos in the same area and this might just be the best! 100% would stay here again!

Donna was very responsive via text. Plenty of beds for our family. Pool table was a highlight. Local shuttle service to the mountain is very close and very convenient. Grocery store was directly across the street. Community hot tub was a nice touch but got busy after a long day on the slopes. Location of the property was excellent with plenty of sidewalks to local shops and restaurants.

Excellent Park City Condo

This place is spacious and comfortable, with two nice full-walled bedrooms separated by open spaces for good privacy, plus a loft-like area that would be good for children. The kitchen is very nice, with an island with a good cook top, plus all kinds of useful appliances, spices, etc. The condo's location is the best - across the street from a really nice grocery store, and less than a mile from the main ski slopes. We could (and did) walk into the main part of town as well. We'd definitely rent this again if we returned to Park City with family.

Location is excellent. Fresh market is a 4 min walk and the bus stop to park city mountain is a 2 min walk. Property is clean. Donna responds to questions promptly. I’d stay there again.

We had a very good experience with this rental. Layout was great for our group. Having a main floor bathroom was really nice. Location for food and transportation to the ski slopes was really nice. We could also fit two cars in the driveway.

Comfortable and good location

Location couldn't be better for access to Park City skiing. We enjoyed the hot tub / pool that was a very short walk away. Very comfortable for six to cook, hang out, and play pool and other games. Hope to return!

Owner was so prompt in answering my texts. Very nice amenities. Well stocked with basics- spices, paper products, detergent. Beds extremely comfortable. Unit only an 8 minute walk from the Payday lift. Grocery store across the street. Good for two couples and two children/siblings as third room is loft-like.

Perfect ski condo

We had a great few days in Park City staying at Donna's condo. The location was a 1-2 minute walk from the free ski shuttle and it's one stop from the base of Park City mountain. Super easy. The condo was the perfect amount of space for 4 guys, and was totally clean and comfortable. We also used the community outdoor hot tub one night which was great. Definitely recommend staying here and Donna was very easy to communicate with throughout the process.
