** CONDO OVERZICHT **
Prachtig gerenoveerd appartement. Opgewaardeerd met prachtige nieuwe meubels en apparaten. Gelegen op steenworp afstand van de basis van Park City Ski Resort. Als er een eigenschap was die Ski In / Ski Out was, zou dit het zijn. Loop gewoon de deur uit en het resort is daar! Na een lange dag skiën is dit de perfecte accommodatie op de perfecte locatie.

** SLAAPREGELINGEN **
Dit huis heeft veel ruimte voor een gezin of vrienden. Het appartement is geschikt voor 6.
Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. Het heeft een eigen badkamer met een eigen patio met uitzicht op Park City Mountain Resort.
Tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met uitzicht op de bergen.
Er is een queensize bed dat in de woonkamer kan worden geplaatst voor extra slaapopties.

**PLAATS**
Dit moet het appartement zijn met de beste locatie in het Silver King hotel, het dichtst bij de berg gelegen met slechts een korte wandeling naar de achterdeur recht tegenover de hal van de appartementdeur naar de First Time en / of Eagle-stoeltjeslift, je kunt deze locatie gewoon niet overtreffen !! Op steenworp afstand van de voet van het Park City Mountain Resort. Slechts 0. 3 mijl naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt (Fresh Market) en 0. 4 mijl naar fast food, sportieve goede winkels, bioscopen, autoverhuur en nog veel meer! Perfecte locatie voor het Sundance Film Festival. Het is slechts 5 minuten lopen naar Historic Main Street. 1. 1 mijl naar het Egyptische Theater en andere Sundance Film locaties.

** RONDREIZEN **
De gratis bus stopt direct voor het appartement. Het brengt je overal waar je moet zijn zonder kosten. Wanneer u in dit appartement huurt, heeft u geen auto nodig. Alle winkels, restaurants en winkels liggen op loopafstand. Als u vervoer nodig heeft, kan ons bedrijf dit verzorgen. Als alternatief gooi je de ski's op je schouder en het is slechts een korte wandeling van een minuut naar het skigebied.

**CONTACT**
Het belangrijkste is dat u een managementbedrijf heeft dat ervoor zorgt dat u volledig wordt verzorgd. Op de meeste plaatsen haalt u uw sleutels op van een willekeurige locatie of voert u een code in een kluisje in als u laat aankomt. Ons team zal u ontmoeten in de flat (ongeacht hoe laat het is), en zorg ervoor dat u klaar en comfortabel bent. Great location to stay in park city

We loved our weekend get away in park city with our kids. It’s always nice to have a great place to stay that has the capability to cook your own meals. The pool and hot tub were decently sized and it starts out shallow enough our 5 year old could easily play in the lower end without a life jacket. There were lots of towels in the pool area and they were a good size. We had plenty of clean towels to accommodate up to 8 people. The laundry machine and dryer combo worked well and helped keep us in clean clothes. The dishwasher cleaned the dishes effectively and there were plenty of dishes to make it through a meal or two before you’d need to clean them. We only ate cereal and sandwiches there aside from the pizza we picked up and baked for dinner one night. 3 TVs were available. We never used the one in the master. There was a couch plenty big for our family of 7 to sit close together and watch a movie. The few small issues we experienced were as follows: *we struggled with the the oven temperature and keeping it hot enough to cook our pizza. I’m not sure if it was a user error or an issue with the oven itself. We hit bake, set the temp, and then start. It went into a preheat and after it reached temp it would slowly cool off and we’d start the process over, even though it was technically already on and should have been maintaining temperature. *The second was that we aren’t firm bed sleepers and the king size bed was just that. More of a preference thing really, but something to keep in mind. *My kids didn’t like that the main bath didn’t stay locked when they wanted to shower. The lock button would randomly pop back out after it had been pushed in. *lastly when we came to check in at 7pm there was no one at the hotel desk or answering the phone. There was only a sign that said “sorry we missed you”. We didn’t know if anyone was coming back to the desk or not. They eventually did, but there were a few minutes of concern where we wondered what to do with a van full of kids and all of our stuff. Overall, this property was as advertised. We had a great time and any issues were completely minor. If we venture that way again in the future I have no doubt we will happily book with park city host again. Thank you for a comfortable place to stay.

P.C. - Get away

We loved the location and the condo had all the things needed to cook meals before & after skiing. It's a 5 min walk to ski school/lifts, 0.8 miles to downtown P.C., free underground parking, close to grocery store/drug store and the in-unit washer/dryer was a great perk. As other people have commented the dishwasher doesn't work. When we arrived many of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty- so we had to re-wash them. One strange thing was a beeping outside (like a truck backing up) that went on from 11pm -4am three of the nights. It wasn't loud but if you're a light sleeper bring a sound machine or ear plugs. You could easily block it out with a little white noise. No one else mentioned this so may have been something random during our visit. OVERALL- We loved our stay and the management team for the property was super responsive. This unit was one of the nicest and well stocked compared to others I saw in the complex.

Very nice condo!

The condo was very spacious. The kitchen was nice with lovely cabinets and new appliances. The bathrooms were spa like. We liked the bunk beds and the blow up bed. Mattresses were very nice. Very short walk to the lift and a rental place around the corner. We would recommend. Even sat on the balcony one day when it was sunny.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in Park City. The unit is beautifully remodeled and very spacious. It accommodated our family of 5 very easily. Our children loved swimming in the indoor/outdoor pool and we all used the hot tub each day after skiing. It was convenient being able to walk right to the slopes and the nearby restaurants and ice skating rink. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location for skiing

The positives of this property outweigh the negatives. The location could not have been better for a ski vacation in Park City. It is also within walking distance of the Park City Main Street historic district. We used and enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and fitness area. The unit could use a new dishwasher, it does not clean. No one wants to wash dishes by hand on vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped otherwise. The master suite patio door needs a better shade. Street light literally shines in your eyes all night. There’s a smart TV with Wi-Fi but we never got it to work. If you are traveling with a bunch of sports fans this will be an issue. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful ski trip

We had a great weekend at the Silver King! The building is across the parking lot from the lifts, so it was so nice to be able to take a short walk to come home for lunch and then go hop back on the lift afterward. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool everyday, and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The kitchen is a good size with great appliances, and the family room was large enough for us all to enjoy together. With a family of seven, it's hard to find places to stay that fits all of us, but the managers brought in an extra bed before we even got there, so everyone was well taken care of. The property is about a mile away from the nearest grocery store, so that's nice and convenient. There is underground parking for guests, which is a fantastic amenity, especially for Park City!! I would totally recommend this property and company (Park City Host) to anyone! We reserved this trip in 2019, then covid hit. PCH was so kind and understanding - they were great to work with about transferring our trip to this year. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Excellent Location and COZY!

The location of this condo could not be beat! It is a very short walk to the Park City Mountain Resort. We were skiing within minutes of leaving the condo. The condo is well appointed and fit our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and an 11 year old) perfectly. There were comforts like humidifiers for the rooms (maybe need new filters), electric blanket on the master bed, and very comfortable mattresses (even the bunk bed!). The only kitchen items that would have made it better are a good knife and a toaster! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

We stayed in March 2019 and were very pleased with the accommodation! Everything was as expected or better! Some of our favorites about the place: - The location can't be beat! It's on so many bus lines for Main Street and Deer Valley. We only waited 8 minutes max for a bus to take us anywhere. The place is right across the street from the Park City ski parking lot. We walked to ski on our Park City day. Returning home from the Canyons ski area took the longest because we had to wait on only one color bus. - Ski locker storage on the second floor was handy! - Spa and heated pool was evening entertainment for all of us. - So many sleeping options. In our party was two adults, one teenager, two kids, and one toddler. We planned for someone to sleep on the pull out couch in the livingroom but our toddler ended up sleeping on the small sofa in the master bedroom. There was also a rollaway bed that she could have used. - Views of Park City ski area. It's so close to Park City ski area that we could watch the skiers from the second bedroom window. - Two humidifiers and a standing fan made a huge difference for these Florida natives. - There is no A/C but we just cracked some windows. - We took the red eye out of Salt Lake City the last day. Because we had the whole day, we decided to ski the same day we flew out. The Silver King kept our bags for us and let us use the pool/hot tub/sauna/bathroom area/ski locker storage. We were able to ski all day, swim,and change into plane clothes when we had already checked out.

Nice condo - a few surprises but our stay was enjoyable...

Good location in Park City. The condo is nice; however, there were a few surprises. Let me start with positives: great location, newly renovated bathrooms & kitchen, elevator from parking garage, great tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Cable TV), washer/dryer worked great - no huge complaints - this is a nice condo. There were; however, quite a few surprises: First: we traveled with another couple and we were expecting two bedrooms with two private bathrooms. What we got was one private (en suite) bathroom in the king bedroom and an open sink area with a private shower/toilet room. I wish I had known as it was awkward for our friends to brush their teeth in the open with no door. (weird). Second: Cabinets had filthy dirty coffee mugs, plates and bowls. Someone obviously thought the dishwasher had run and this person just put the dirty items away without looking. Yuk. Bad first impression. Third: none of the tv’s worked (at all). That got fixed quickly but it was an inconvenience to figure out who to contact. (there is no phone number to call when you have a problem…you can send an email…) Fourth: there is no private high speed wifi - you must use the unsecured free wifi (leaves you open to hacking). The condo description of amenities should be changed. Fifth: the marble floor of the master bathroom shower is extremely slippery. (the tiles are large and slick - which is dangerous) There is no grabber bar to hold on to. Please provide a non-slip mat. Sixth: there is a bright light just outside the master bedroom and there is no curtain. Sometimes that light was turned off at midnight, sometimes it was on all night. I found it bothersome. Seventh: the heating system is loud but it does work. Eighth: if you walk outside onto the patio, you will not be able to get back in. There is no door handle. Our friend had to bang on the door to get back inside (during a big snowstorm). Maybe there should be a sign or warning to prop the door open if you step outside.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Park City. The apartment is great with all the amenities you need and a perfect location to get on the slopes. The Silver King hotel is slightly dated but this is minor.

This condo had everything we were looking for. Very conveniently located to the base of the mountain (and ski school). Clean and large with a kitchen and washer / dryer. A partially outdoor pool which the kids loved after a long day of skiing. Only about a mile from downtown with a very convenient shuttle.
